Ms Tequila decided to give herself a 5 star rating when she doesn't deserve it. I don't know how she managed to give herself a 5 star review on my google account but it's false. Also, I didn't appreciate how she acted as if me being there to ask a question or two was an inconvenience for her break. If the owner truly wants you to do everything online, then it should be stated on the home page of the website and posted on the door at the physical location. I hope the owner see this review.

Helena went out her way in the rain to make sure my unit was clean so I can vacate thank you for doing this for me on this raning day.
Love love love this place!! The manager always is very understanding and allows me to pay late every moth with no hassle. I pay late fees of course but she is very helpful in a pinch. It has b3en a pleasure having a storage here only complaint is that you can't get into the gate after 9. Other than that it's a great place to store your things and there I'd a variety of size units available all the time!! Great customer service at this place. 5 stars for sure!!

I came inside location I'm from Florida help me with direction. She explain to me made me comfortable with her are property is secured. Cameras awesome. The ps app is amazing I'm loving the Bluetooth to enter access entry and also keep me updated with my account. I needed direction to you the map and diagram she show me was phenomenal. This was so calm and amazing she deserves the best from this company. She gave me the best direction to even make it to public storage. I love her work ethics.
