Very helpful I'm very happy with my experience with Amber.
Amber was great, made sure my move in went smooth and really took the time to address my questions.
Called and talked with Amber at Industrial Rd this afternoon, she promptly answered my questions and found a solution to the needs I had with my unit.
Amber is very helpful and courteous. She made sure our unit was ready when we moved in and answered all of our questions.
The office person was very helpful and friendly. She worked with us to get our rental agreement done.

Terrible. Boat broken into, 2000 dollars worth of items stolen, no cameras and people cutting through the gates to enter boats and other peoples stuff, disrespected by workers when brought this to their attention. 8100 Hamilton ave location is awful. Florence location much safer and much better maintained with cameras!
I have been renting my unit for some time now. Amber is one of the best people I have meet. You is always fun to talk to and so sweet.

Have used this location twice to store my travel trailer. Decent prices and easily accessible. The manager is great at following up and checking if things are all working out well and answering any questions. The app is easy to use and there are other ways to get in the gate of the app isn’t working which was helpful in our case.
Amber and her father James were extremely helpful, they went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. They had an answer for all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs storage space.

Love the location of my rental space! The Industrial Road location is only 11 minutes from my home. The site manager, Amber, was personable and helpful in getting things set up.
Amber, who runs the front desk is very friendly and is quick to take care of any concerns or questions you have. If you need a nice, clean area to store your items this is it!

Excellent location very easy to get to. The representative we spoke with to start our spot was amazing, we had another spot set up we went there, and the person we spoke with wasn't there so we had to wait for them to come back. Literally made one call leaving there to this storage lot, and the agent was super quick, friendly, and was willing to answer any questions, or anything we needed, or anything she could to accommodate our needs.

This place is DIRTY!!!! We were looking for a quick storage unit, and they had one open. When we went to move in, there was MOLD and the ceiling interior was falling on the floor leaving behind a sticky residue. This place is known for having MICE and BUG infestations!!! It was so nasty, as were the people at the front counter! That should’ve been the first red flag. We decided to never move in, and since they suck at answering their phones, they never marked us moved out!!! Couldn’t get a hold of ANYONE!!! Sent a collections bill. This place is the definition of trashy, please save yourself the trouble and go with CubeSmart in Florence right down the street instead!!! They’re cleaner!

This place is awful. My husband has a unit here that was broken into by the nasty people living in one of the storage units, they stole a bunch of things, and all this place did was upgrade the unit. The homeless people are still living here and they go in and out of the gate by the dumpsters and break it to get in and out. I don’t think this place has any security at all. Do not put your stuff here. Awful place in town.
Bought a unit from an auction site. Was told he would be in the office until 5pm. The employee left early and I was locked inside the gate!!!!
I had to store my RV here while I was deployed overseas with the Army. My RV was broken in to on several occasions. The thieves rifled through all my drawers and took things they thought were valuable. On the last occasion they broke off the top lock in my front door. Also, someone kept storing lawn mowers under my RV.
The price of an uncovered, grassy lot to park my RV went from $40 to $127. I expect much better security for that price!
