Absolutely the worst storage unit in town. Do not rent from Public Storage.
Rented a while ago and everything went well , renting now & our storage door was fully opened and so was the one next door. You could see that it had been broken into , the handle was bent and the door was damaged as well! And I’ve noticed they have no cameras! Smh and they never answer !

Roxy has been the best. I am currently moving to a temporary place so having to store most of my stuff. And unit size keeps having to change as do other parameters. And she's been awesome helping me switch and helping when she can. I haven't had any issues with public storage itself so my review is specifically for the personal who work there.

If you value your belongings, DO NOT STORE IT HERE. They "accidentally" vacated my unit. Online representatives were no help, no response from the "propery manager" and i don't even live in Kansas at the moment, leaving me in a bind due to thei incompetence

Secure storage was bought out by a bigger company and now I am not happy. I can’t get a hold of anyone there like I was able to before. their system has gone to mostly automated, to where they want you to use the app and not actually talk to you.
