Entry into the property is by personal access code. Hours are set. We must exit at or before 9pm. Update: I recently discovered that I can open the gate through my app. Wow, what a game changer.
Also, in April the first year my rent for storage went up $40. The second year up another $70. I moved out.
From the very first day I have been impressed by the customer service Skylar has given us. She was so understanding & helpful when we got in from Denver at almost closing time. I really appreciate her rent reminder messages as well. It is wonderful having her back. The other lady who was filling in was just as kind & helpful as well. Both give outstanding customer service, which is truly hard to receive now days.
Ashley and Martin were amazing staff! They were so kind and had quick service for me. Without them, I couldn’t have gotten such an amazing deal for storage in a very short notice (all was set up and done within an hour). I just moved to Wichita and they went out of their way to give me some points about Wichita as well as great food recommendations! Thank you Ashley and Martin!!

i see they still getting over. rented a storage short notice only had it for half a month . i contacted by the company to change a review because they wouldnt switvh out my locks and i had found a place and only had a few important items in there and i couldnt get a truck to move my heavy stuff because i am a single female and they wanted me to pay after i just paid them near $100 and i told them " hey i am having a hard time getting transportation to move my stuff but i am coming to get the rest of my items and they still locked and keep my stuff. to yall renting and they being all helpful!!! devil wears many faces.
I contacted another Public Storage earlier today in regards to a specific size unit. They didn't have the needed size so I called this location as it is closer to where I will be needing to store my things. Ashley answered my call and without hesitation, I had some difficult ones for sure, she answered every one not missing a single beat. Super knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Definitely will rent.
Had a good experience with this place. If you are looking for a unit you need to get ahold of Ashley she is very knowledgeable and works to find something to fit your needs. You will not go wrong going here!

First off do not recommend. Well I moved my camper to this location because it kept getting broke into and rhis place told me they have cameras blah blah blah they basically told me my camper would be safe there. Also when I got the space I was only paying $45 I wasn't even there six months they raised my price to $65. I called this place didn't want to pay nothing till I talked to someone never got a call back from them called corporate still never made it rt now I had to pay $85 to get back into the place cuz they locked me out and couldn't get my vcamper till o payed but I feel I shouldn't have to pay when my stuff was on there property and broke into there number of times so not only did I have to pay them but my property was damaged as well from being there. I wouldn't recommend them they will do anything they can to take your money...

I have rented at the E Harry location on & off for many years. Things have definitely changed for the better in getting current storage advice from not only Natalie & Christina ( which by the way- make a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM together!) in helping me in my storage selection choice(s), as well as the newer District Manager Stacey who happened to be in the this office at the time and readily joined in offering me THREE ON ONE HELP! It is my personal opinion to go online and do some basic rental pricing at 6805 E Harry, or if you are not up do doing research and reserving a storage unit for your own estimation needs, just show up at this very friendly office, and this all new storage team advice will get you to where you need to be in your storage needs. EZ is the word here! Do it and get it done.
