Nothing special. The exiting gate has not been opening for the last couple months. I’m not sure if there’s a plan to fix that

I had a wonderful experience with Brandon. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend to a friend! Easy to sign up but closing my account has been a nightmare. Within a year, my payment went from 60 to 95? I continued making payments but I’m not sure why there’s been an increase!!
I check all my stuff out of my storage unit the end of last month and they’re harassing me that my payment is late for the month of June. I’ve called the office over 10 times this month and NO RESPONSE! I call public storage customer service and NO RESPONSE. I’m very upset because initially I gave the place 5 starts but it’s been such a horrible experience since and I can’t get ahold of ANYONE.
I’ve had many units over the years. Allison is the manager onsite. She wears many hats and helps out at other sites. As stressful as that may be. I’ve never seen her with a bad attitude. She’s always smiling. When i was behind, she wasn’t pushy, gave me options and explained things in human terms. She shows ownership and great pride and is an extreme asset to public storage.

This location is awful. Poorly maintained, zero customer service from management. Day 1 and we couldn't even access the unit because they failed to inspect it to see if it was rentable — the overhead door was damaged and couldn't be opened. Been waiting four days for a call back and refund on our reservation as we've had to find an alternative facility due to the lack of response from this place. Their exit gate was broken and unusable, and one entire row of units had burned to the ground VERY recently. Stay away from this place! What a dump...
Horrible. Cannot get a call back from the managers. Left multiple messages. Called the national company. The property is a disaster. Go elsewhere.
Seemed great at first, the problem came when it was time to move out. I canceled renting with them, emptied the unit, and moved out. I was still charged for the next month's rent. When I called the office I was told that it would be taken care of. Problem solved, I thought. The charge was not removed. So I called again. Same thing. I was told that they would "escalate the matter" and management would take care of it. Never happened. I called multiple times and was brushed aside or had "calls dropped" multiple times. Eventually, I started getting calls from collections about the matter and finally just gave up and paid the months rent for a unit that I was not using. They have been very unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone. There were also a lot of spiders in the unit.
Customer Service SUCKS at this location. When you call and leave messages you will never get a call back. If you are big on great Customer service as I am then this is definitely not the place for you.

Richard was incredibly in helping me and my other half find the perfect storage unit that worked for us. He was very patient with me and never got annoyed or frustrated with the hundreds of questions I asked. I would definitely recommend this specific location and definitely would recommend talking to Richard as his customer service skills were above and beyond.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. You are seriously better off leaving your stuff with a homeless person under an overpass than with the moronic and abrasive troll that supposedly manages the place. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Denell the Property Manager goes way above she beyond to be helpful! The units are clean and kept up. Definitely recommend this location.

I have rented from this location for over two years to store some work related items. I had some initial issues when I first came on board, but recently things have gotten increasingly frustrating. Communication is absolutely terrible. I did not receive a notice of the recent price increase which I need to submit for reimbursement at work. I went by the physical location to talk with the on site manager (no one was there during normal business hours), I have left several messages at the physical location phone line (no response), I sent in an online comment on the website (nothing), and spoke with a representative in customer service (who said they could not help with getting me the paperwork). I also asked about why I could find the same 5x5 unit online for $28 at the location I was at, yet I was paying $61. The customer service person said I could get the lower price if I wanted to move my stuff from my current 5x5 unit to another 5x5 unit on site in order to get the price. It was a frustrating run around and I am still calling and waiting to hear back from anyone else who can help with my original issue of the price increase notification letter.
The gates were broken and left up making it free to the public to drive in and my unit was broken into. They did nothing to make me feel safer leaving my items in my unit. The lady is difficult to find onsite in the office. I would not recommend
