Initially, I wrote a bad review, but I am changing it due to a manager calling me and fixing an issue I had. I had an initially set up auto pay, but then was charged a late fee which he is now going to remove. I appreciate that and I think that is the way you should do business. Thanks!
I was showed one unit and then given another, that is way back in a corner with leaves and spiders everywhere. There was no notice, so I couldn't change storage companies and nothing else was available for the size I needed. The front desk clerk acted as if I was bothering him by just being there. It has been a very unpleasant experience.

Amanda the property manager called us when we left our unit open and placed a new lock until we could get there. Then went out of her way to help us lower our rent for six months. She has amazing customer service and I’m thankful she went out of her way to make sure our unit was safe. Glad to be at this location.
I went there to check on my stuff and the key wasn't working for my unit. There was absolutely no way of talking to a real person, no one was in the office and it was the middle of the day. I left a VM for the manager to call because I needed onsite help and no one returned my call. Very frustrating to have driven all the way there and no one is there to help.
We are down sizing and need a place for things we have no room for but want to keep. Your agent (Denell) was so helpful in suggesting to storage unit that best fit our needs. She was professional and courteous though all my questions and concerns.

Came by with a friend, suppose to be open. But nope, they are closed. Even though it says they are suppose to be open. The number to call is a joke, it's automated no way to contact a real person.

Noone to ask a question. No way to drop off a payment. Very user unfriendly. A few weeks ago I did pay with an agent, because no way to drop off a payment. That pay through a person must have been eliminated. But agent promised I would not be charged, but of course they did. Looks like they want to give me a credit to next month, even though I said I was moving out.

Well kept facility and when I had a problem with my lock Richard came straight out and fixed it!
This place is horribly infested with mice. I had my things stored for less than 6 months and all my belongings were covered in droppings. It’s near impossible to reach property management and the office is always empty. Don’t recommend. They need some serious pest control.
They need to tear down this site. My unit never opened unless I had a hammer to to adjust the lock. There was no one at the store when I needed help. Not a great place and rates are higher than other storage units that are air conditioned.
Have rented a space here for over two years. Yesterday I needed to upgrade to a larger unit last minute. Denell helped me out! I went into the office and she set me up right away! Very helpful, happy to keep renting here.
Rented a storage unit for 60 days and was infested with mice which destroyed all of my property, which in the clause of insurance does not cover more than $250. This place was infested prior to my move-in. There is there’s no evidence of any intervention with pest control, such as outdoor receptacles. The management was not helpful did not pick up the phone did not come to the unit I was forced to deal with all of it by myself I would never rent here ever again or any other public storage. There is evidence of people living in units full-time, which could be part of the problem as to why it’s infested with mice being as that there’s food I was unaware when I rented. Pictures included.

We vacated in plenty of time but yet they still charged me for another month. Owner Claimed they only had one number on file but yet when calling to complain about the overcharge I used another number and the system recognized my account. You would think after being a customer for 2.5 yrs they would be more respectful but owner kept going back to a rental agreement that I had to give 2 days notice (which I gave in early June but owner claims there are no notes available - very convenient). And the owner hung up on me. Use at your own risk.
I have had a unit at this location for almost a year, being my first time needing a storage unit ever. From my first interaction with Richard to now, I have been absolutely amazed. His customer service is truly wonderful and so very appreciated. He has always been kind, respectful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have needed assistance with various things and he went above and beyond on all of them to make sure I was taken care of. This is the type of employee that any business would greatly benefit from having. Thank you Richard, for not only being an awesome employee, but for being an AMAZING person!!!

Good location, the prices were a little high but the security was ery good.
I had an appointment at 10am. When I got there, there was a sign saying there was a staff meeting and it wouldn't open till 11am. Really? If you had a staff meeting why wasn't I told about it. I had setup an appointment a day before. I understand when meetings are last minute or you know things happen but I took time off work to come. Or just a call would have been nice too.
Outstanding customer service. Easy access to location and storage units. Space was great. So grateful for everything that they did to help me.
I have reserved storage units at this location on several different occasions since 2004! This location is kept clean and I have never felt unsafe no matter what time I am accessing my rented unit. When I first rented space Terry (and his wife, Brenda) were the site manager team. They were AWESOME, personable, yet exuded business CUSTOMER SERVICE like none other! And today 15 years later, Terry keeps the bar set high as he has for the past 15 years that I have done business with them. I HIGHLY recommend if you need storage unit space this is the location you need to go to!
Still renting space here after 18 years and now Richard is here now and the Customer Service model is still being carried out!
