Just recently purchased a unit at the long street location. I really enjoyed meeting DJ he was very helpful and together we found a unit that was right for me. I was also able to download the app and with DJs help navigation was a snap. I look forward to my next visit. Great Job!

Haven’t moved my stuff in yet but Brandon was very helpful with all the procedures over the phone!! Update. Alexis was very helpful to me yesterday and today but we’ve only had our stuff here a few months and got notice of a $50 rate increase! Space is not worth $170 a month.

No one onsite most of the time. Storage spaces well maintained but the internal drive is like riding in a rollercoaster

I just wanted to take a moment and mention how Denell was great at helping me with a problem I had with my unit. I called in to complain about a problem with things leaking all over my things, from the ceiling. I tried calling in a couple of times before and spoke to two different people about the problem, but they didn't seem too concerned about it. It wasn't until I called the 3rd time and got Denell. She was able to take care of my problem and get me moved to another unit. She showed good customer service and kept me from going to another company. I really appreciate her concern and all her help in resolving the issue.

Was informed last minute about them closing their location and was told only days before it was to be demolished. When I went in on Sunday to close my account, there wasn't anyone there at 2:00pm.

Very difficult to be told you have to move a whole storage unit out of the blue (due to renovations) I would recommend storage Mart. I got the same unit for over $20 cheaper a month.

Unreal. Place is an absolute dump. I show up to pay and get my keys to my unit and the door is locked and no one is there. No one answered the phone after multiple calls and waiting there for a bit. It’s ridiculous they call me everyday for no reason and then when I show up, they aren't even open during their listed business hours.

Different property manager there everyday this week. From what I understand, they are needing to hire some people really bad and really fast. I even applied for a job...but I got an email stating that I wasn't a good fit. Maybe it was because I fell behind 2 months on my storage payment. I got it paid at the very last minute...the day they were planning to auction my entire storage unit off. Some (most) of the people I've seen come through there as "property managers" have been less than professional. I had a really bad experience just this morning...and all I wanted to do was pay my payment. Thing is, they could hire me and most likely get much less turnover and 100% better customer service. Reading through all these reviews...and I can see so many wonderful reviews about Jessica! Yes, she was wonderful, caring, and courteous! Great customer service skills and made me feel cared about. Looks like she was very good to many of Public Storage's customers after most were probably cranky and irritated after the stressful process of moving. So...why is Jessica gone now? There's been a "Mary", "Rebecca,", a foreign man who I couldn't understand...all this week. Please bring Jessica back! Look at all her wonderful reviews. I was really treated poorly and unfairly by whoever was there this morning.
