As a auction buyer, I go to a lot of these storage units. This is the only location that will not let me in on access hours. I can only be here for business hours. But they give you 48 hours to get this done and if you’re not done in 48 hours you get a find, but I also cannot get in, the access hours, so how am I supposed to get it done? I called the customer service and they were not helpful at all. This place is a joke.

No les recomiendo este lugar se roban las cosas y la basura tiene mucho tiempo que no la sacan las telas metalicas estan rotas y yo tenia otra unidad estaba dañada por que ahi roban las cosas y me cambiaron a otra el empreado no me dio informacion y me toco esperar por 2 horas encereada asta que alguien me madara el correo para abrir la puerta no les recomiendo es el peor lugar y aparte no tienen empleados disponibles

I love Public Storage! I'm so glad I decided to choose them for my storage needs. Not only were they helpful in finding the perfect storage for my needs, they even made sure my move in was smooth and checked on me afterward! It may not mean much but that was everything to me! I also LOVE the app and the bluetooth feature that allows you to open the gate from your phone and pay storage rent! Super helpful 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!
This place is a money pit all they care about is money and the managers there are jokes and the sign outside the front of their building is false advertisement very rude people

Do not rent here at all. I got the insurance and everything lost almost everything I own due to a mice. And they're trying to only pay out $250. Don't rent here unless you want it all your stuff to get ruined by mice

Paid on my storage bill and cnt wait to get my things out of the one I have in Olathe only because of the prices for it to be a storage place. Good storage facility however...They are willing to wrk wit you if your behind on payments as staff is pretty understanding. Praying I can get "moving" forward (no pun intended)

I have been there now 2 days in a row no one in office where it says it's open, was told that by manager she was off yesterday and the person that was working yesterday decided she was leaving at 1pm, today went there at 2pm says its open once again now one in off or answering the phone, that manager at this facility is very rude and not very friendly, I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
I have my items stored since 2017, and all the sudden they broke into my storage on January of this year but thank God nothing was missing and two days ago somebody burn their storage unit. With that situation I decided to store my items somewhere else.

Management was easy to reach when problems occur during daytime hours. They will give a 24 hour number if you talk to the manager. Facility is fairly clean but if your neighboring storage has bugs then you will get bugs in yours as well.
