Neal is an amazing landlord for this property. I’ve never had any issues out of this location. I’ve rented a storage unit for more than a year. I had a climate controlled unit and nothing was damaged upon move out. No pests or droppings other than the occasional spiders. I will definitely rent another unit in the future.

Update!!!!!!!! the facility is clean, but when I first rented it was$97 plus $11 for insurance.... now they are charging me $183 for the same exact unit. How can the price double?!! It should be illegal to do that. Not happy with this at all!!!!

I was in need of an inside unit. Public Storage (PS) had one inside unit left, with dimensions suitable for the items to be stored. I reserved the unit online and visited PS the next day to view the unit in person to be sure that it could fit my items. I was greeted by Neal, who gave me an introduction to the facility and its operations. He also shared with me his history with PS. Neal is very passionate about his work and is proud to share that in all the years (14 or so) he's worked for PS, there's been no incidents. Neal showed me the unit, how to access the grounds and how to securely lock up my unit. He helped me to finalize the rental contract and was a great help to me overall. I have peace of mind knowing that my items will be secured and safe in a clean, inside unit; and appreciate the careful oversight Neal will provide.
I called in and Neal saved me a lot of money by getting me the right sized storage unit that I needed. He was patient and managed to get me in and out. Excellent customer service and thank you Neal! I Highly recommend going to him to get you a unit.

I knew the praise for this employee was fraud, "he forces you to leave a good review", I'm sure he does. Because in reality this location is trash and the employees follow suit. This employee, spoken on in other reviews, was very RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and just super UNPROFESSIONAL. He yelled, talked over me then hung up, I made a visit to the office with hopes of a better outcome, he's the same in person as he was on the phone LOUD & IGNORANT(by the way I've never heard of a company/business calling you & then hangs up in the middle of you talking trying to get more information). I'm one of those that FIRMLY STANDS on treat+TALK to others as you want to be treated or talk to(cause I know how this goes, "oh she must've this or that", negative). This will be my very last time renting from any PS worldwide with the staff that represents them cause this is not the first time there's been a problem. No need for an apology reply either unless it's from the one who disrespected me. Thank you

Literally the nastiest place ever. I could’ve put my things in my backyard and they probably would’ve been better off. When I went to retrieve my stuff it was all damaged. Mice ate through the boxes and even ate my belongings, to add on to that there was a bunch of mice droppings everywhere. I spent $150 a month so my things can be in a clean & safe place and just ended up having to throw all my belongings in the trash. DO NOT RENT HERE
