Not a safe place. My unit has been broken into 3 time that I am aware of. It doesn't matter what lock i put on the door. Staff made it sound like I didn't put a lock on it the first time. I will be moving my things asap.

These people have gone crazy... Started 4 years ago in a 10 / 20 unit for a $134 a month move to a smaller unit 2 years ago because of their ridiculously high increases over the previous 2 years... I looked today and they've increased at $65 from last month a 28% increase over our rent and in total in 4 years it's 100% these people are nuts...
The follow up call I received regarding my storage was much appreciated.
We have been with Public storage for barely a year and they have already raised the price by 50%. They will continue to raise the price the longer you stay with them. With most of their facility managed digitally and autonomously, they have little to no staff. Therefore most of this profit is just greed, managed out of state in CA. We rented the smallest storage unit which is now $96 a month. It is a 5'x5' space and most of the room is vertical.

All remote service. Cut off several times while trying to get answers about the services at this location. The video staff pleasant. They tried to be helpful. The video connection kept cutting out causing a new remote helper to come on the camera causing us to start over Several times. Frustrating for us but the helpers were calm and helpful. Ses to be a system error.

Great storage
If I could give negative stars, I would… I arrived at my unit today after being locked out of it for almost 2 months, because the management wants to accuse me of theft & burgling the other units… I open up my unit which supposedly had a lock on it, (my cylindrical) as well as their management lock, and almost all of my stuff is gone… My TVs, all of my clothes, all of my shoes … everything that was valuable to me as a person… But they want to accuse me of theft. They have been so hard to contact. It took six times of showing up to my unit to even get a callback each time they said that they would send them an email & I would receive a call back within 72 hours… That never happened. This place is unlawful, cruel, & downright criminal. I would demand for my money back but I would never be able to get ahold of anyone ! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF THEFT EVEN WHEN YOUVE BEEN VICTIMIZED !
I reserved a unit and paid in advance for it, later that evening I ended up not needing the unit so I called to cancel before midnight. I called before midnight and it was the same business day and I called the 800 number on the website, and it said someone would return my call. Five days later someone finally called me back and said they would get back to me about my refund, and I want to specify that I spent 51.39 for the unit, a week later I finally get a refund but it's only for 21.39 so where is the rest of my money?
Pay $186 for a climate control unit. The door to get into the climate controlled units handle is completely broken so you have to use door furthest from storage. Then with me paying for climate control you would expect there to be air. Well it’s not it’s hotter in those units than it is outside. Called customer service they said it would be fixed within 72 hours. It’s been a week it’s still not fixed. You would think they would give money back and offer some sort of discounted rate until those things were fixed but I was told they don’t do that I can’t find another storage if I’m not happy with their property. Glad this is only for a month. Hope now of my things are damaged from the heat.
My husband and I were having problems with our door on our storage unit. Public storage came out and fix the door temporarily and put their red combination lock on our door. They said they would have their door company to come out and fix the door. My husband and I went to our storage and found someone have broke into our storage. They had took their time rummaging through our storage unit. They trashed the storage area. Broke antique lamps and other items. They stole a lot of items including all of my wedding items that were engraved with my husband and my name on them. They stole all of our wedding invitations and more. Why would someone steal something that was so sentimental to my husband and I. Only three people had the combination to our storage. My husband and I, Public storage and the door company. If you have any decency or morals give us back all of our wedding items, we won't report you to the police. We just want all of our wedding items back. My husband seems to think it was the door company, but I think It was the storage company who broke into our storage unit. I don't have any information that they did this, it's the only thing that make sense. It's my opinion. Public Storage said they taped over the video, how convenient. Please give us our wedding items back. If I could give them a negative review I would have. Consumer Beware!!!!!!

I had an angel from God call me today, Austi! I have been struggling like a lot of people are right now and trying to make my storage payment is one. My whole life is in that storage unit. I was paying $420.00 a month for a 10x30 unit. Today after I barely made my payment, I get a phone call. This angelic voice introduced herself as Austi. She says to me that she noticed that I was paying an exuberant amount and has gotten it reduced to $341.00 a month!!! That's a savings of $80.00!! I don't know about y'all out there but $80 is a huge amount of money in my budget. Then Austi continues to tell me that she also put in a request to customer service to have my rent lowered even more!!! I am COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY❣️ Austi absolutely made my day. What a beautiful person she is. I so appreciate Austi taking the time on her own to take care of me. I take care of my 82yr Mother, raising my 7yr granddaughter and my daughter also lives with us. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AUSTI❣️ YOU have no idea how much YOU have blessed us❣️
