I reserved a few spaces months ago and never used them. I canceled them within a week by talking to a rep on the phone. After that I continued to get charged. I talked to two other reps on the phone. All three said that they would take care of it. The fourth rep I talked to finally told me that an agent can't close them out. I would need to go into a store and talk to a manager. I've gone to two locations, that are closer to me, and both people have promised that this would be taken care of. But, yet again, today, I've been charged for storage fees. It doesn't matter whom I seem to talk to.
Arrived to get my unit and I wasn't happy with the unit and spoke with the property manager Joslyn and she switched my unit to my satisfaction.

Self service storage very easy to navigate, has a kiosk with a live agent call button and you can video chat with someone if you have questions. Received a call by Robin to make sure I was happy with service.
Everything has been great, it has been easy access, and very convenient. darlene gave me a call to check on me and was very helpful.

This is my first time to use Public Storage service, snd i was surprised by how efficient its system is. I made a reservation online and completed all paperwork at its Kiosk, everything went through smoothly. Also the helpdesk is nice and helpful.

They raise the rent ALOT. I was paying 119, and over a three year period, I now pay 251. Do the math. Also, its almost impossible to reach them on the phone. I've had things get wet because it leaked from the roof.
Very simple, and easy to navigate. Even got a call from a sweet woman named Darlene just to ensure that the process went smoothly and that we didn’t have any issues or questions!
I love how they do business!! Took 3 mintues and I had instructions and an entry code. But the real All Star⭐⭐ of this team is Joselyn. At the kiosk I did not select an outdoor unit and on my search I realized that the unit was on the inside and I panicked. 🤣🤣🤣 so happy Miss Joselyn was right there!!! I had no idea who she was. I asked a question and she must have saw the panic in my face she said come on and let me get you taken care of, and that's exactly what she did. She saved the day baby! I was able to empty my truck and get it back on time.

my large unit was almost completely emptied out after someone smashed through the door of my interior unit. the top of the unit is open to the building, so just a couple people could hop up and see what was inside. the door codes to the building are never changed, so anyone who has ever rented here could've gotten in to the building and since there is no staff on-site there is absolutely nothing to prevent someone from entering the facility by following another renter in or out. hopefully the insurance they make you buy pays out, but there was a lot of stuff that can't be replaced. i thought i had made a good choice by storing here, but i was clearly mistaken.
No staff. Had to talk through a telephone to get staff help.
Very bad experience. Property manager was very rude. I was looking for a parking spot for a medium size comercial vehicle. She denied because “you can’t be running a business out of our units” even though their website advertises businesses vehicle storage
Leasing process was easy and efficient. Had trouble with initial access, but employee was right there to assist and Robin called to check in and answered all ky questions.
Robin yes was friendly and asked if i ever need any help i can call this number 7 Days a week good service

There is a man living in unit A038. I think he may be entering other units. I told the property manager Joselyn weeks ago and he response was that she would looking into it. I have items missing from my unit and I'm sure he took them. I found him climbing down from the top of the units today. I store business supplies and always come by around 8:30pm and he is there everyday in his unit with the door down. Maybe there is an inside theft ring going on here.

I’ve been using this place as storage for a few months now but, I’m definitely considering leaving to somewhere else. There’s never anyone on site to speak to in case there’s anything you need help with.
They raised their prices skyrocketing! Went from $72 to $112 for no particular reason other than “just because”. I’m now looking for somewhere to bring my business to as this has gotten expensive and no so great service.
I give them a 3 because I bought a storage unit through an auction and it took me two days to be able to pick my unit up.
Someone drilled my lock an put another on, I have no idea if my property is in it. Nobody at storage place to help. No phone help, property manager is to call me back. 4hrs an no call.

Heaven forbid you end up being there after 9pm. If you are make sure you have a phone and it's charged because you WILL BE LOCKED IN and when you call the number to get let out just put it on speaker, and set the phone on your dash because you'll be waiting a good while for the next representative to help!! I understand not being able to access your unit that cost a arm & a leg, but not being able to exit after hours that's something else. Kinda makes you feel trapped and any minute the walking dead are going to come from every direction!!! I'm kidding...kind of!!
But seriously Public Storage you should really change that policy. NO ONE likes moving to begin with and it's really hard when it's just 2 people so when all is said and done all we want to do is shower eat and go to bed. Not, listen to elevator music on hold while waiting for representative to answer and send a signal to open the gate. That's all!

Very friendly and professional folks manage this location a d I highly recommend it for their effort and servuce delivery. I had interactions with Hershey both in person and on the phone and she was outstanding, she takes pride in keeping the property in a presentable and safe condition. I also spoke with Michele who was also friendly and professional as well as willing to offer assistance like Hershey. Nice to have a good experience in a storage facility as they are not always as pleasant.

Everytime I bring my parents up here to pay a bill no one is here. We wait and wait but no note or anything. They come after a hour or two of waiting everytime. This is getting ridculus. They could at least put a note on the door when they might be back.
