When I reserved my storage unit it was listed for $84 but when I went in to claim my unit it was $94. Yolanda was so patient and nice with handling the situation. She had me reserve again and got me my unit for the price I originally reserved it for. Thanks Yolanda you were great.
P.S I'll be back for more of your great customer service for a small unit. 10x16 not quite big enough.

I went in to check on my unit and to see about getting the unit transferred to my son, I was told I had to speak to someone higher. In the mean time I was give a discount on my already existing unit. Now that's great CS. Thanks Kalee, you were truly a blessing today.

Stupid place too much of an ordeal just to go in and out of the gate there. Plus you have to pay a fine if you are there past 9 pm or something. I would go somewhere else like Lafayette rd has 24 hrs storage or right off Kentucky Ave and 465 is 24 hrs. Much nicer any clean with better gates and hours.
