Terri worked directly with me to make my transition from a different location to the location at 118th really simple. She helped me manage all my change requests with ease and comfort. Terri is an asset to the Public Storage company as she is very attentive, helpful, and provides great customer service. I would recommend both Public Storage and Terri.
Amazing place. Made move in and move out super simple and a usually stressful situation all that more doable! 100% Recommend. I was in such a hurry I left a TV behind and they went above and beyond reaching out to me personally to come back and retrieve it. Absolutely an amazing group!

I went to Public Storage Fishers today to open a unit for the company I work at. We were unsure what unit would work best for us and Harry made sure to help us find the perfect one. Public Storage Fishers is "a life-saver/game changer" as the facility remains phenomenally clean; units are spaciously large (w/tall ceilings); climate control "is just right" for each season; outstanding service from open to close; complementary dollies are always available; large elevators are easily accessible from the bay area; office staff-Terri and Harry are knowledgeable & extraordinary!

WONDERFUL place to rent! I was needing storage QUICK and was assisted by Harry in a snap. He helped get me into a unit and walked me through the process. He was detailed on the pricing break down and has been very friendly and helpful every time I have had any questions or concerns. It's nice to have a great customer service experience every time you go check on your belongings that are away from home. Location is always clean and they have boxes and other supplies for sale in office if you need. 10/10 recommend this location for any storage needs!! Definitely ask for Harry and I guarantee you'll have a good experience!

We've used this location for the past year while we moved and dealt with subsequent renovations.The facilities were always kept clean and the front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The app is incredibly convenient for access and billing. I would highly recommend this location and will be back for future storage needs.
I have had a unit here for a while. Very clean and easy indoor storage. Harry in the office made switching to a larger unit quick and simple.

We just moved from California and Harry was a breath of fresh air! There are so many moving parts when you make such a huge move. Having one less the game to worry about is a big deal. Indoor parking to load/unload!!! A godsend!! It poured rain the entire time I unloaded. Not a drop affected me.
The “sales expert” who talked me out of my request for a 10x10 into a 7x10, was very wrong. I drove a fully loaded 15’ UHaul into the bay. I needed a 10x10, if not slightly larger. Fortunately all fit very tightly in a 10x10.
Harry(?) the manager on site was very helpful and changed my unit from the 7x10 to the 10x10 and I unloaded without incident. He explained the site to me. Offered some helpful wisdom too. A genuinely kind soul.
The indoor loading/unloading bay is enough to make me want to use this place over and over again.
Harry and Linda are both wonderful! The extra friendly smiles on a stressful moving Saturday were VERY welcome. They helped me when I had no idea what I was doing when I got there for the first time... and then again when I needed a bigger space. They made the transition so easy and quick. Aside from the more than outstanding customer care the facility is well maintained and easy to get to.

We have had indoor storage here for several years. I love when I come to my unit and get to see Harry! He is always so kind and cheerful and has something nice to say.
Today we came in to rent an outside 10x15 storage space. Harry had us all set and on our way quickly. When we went to put our stuff in our unit, we realized we measured wrong and needed a 10x20 unit. We sheepishly went back to see Harry and apologize. He was so kind, told us not to be sorry, and had us in a bigger unit within ten minutes!
This facility is clean and impeccably maintained. I feel such relief knowing my belongings are safe. So blessed to have Public Storage and Harry close by, taking care of us and our stuff. Thank you so much!!!

I have been using the Public Storage at Olio for 4 years, and my experience has been very positive! The location is quick and easy to get in and out of, the rates are reasonable, and I always felt comfortable knowing my belongings were secure and in good hands. My wife and I recently purchased our first home, so we no longer have need our storage unit at this location. However, we plan to use Public Storage down the road, if we ever need some additional storage space, and we would highly recommend Public Storage to our friends and family. District manager very unprofessional I had a issue with a double payment processed without concent on the app had to cancel one with my bank and was blame for charge back after multiple attempts to contact district to get remove restrictions he would Even acknowledge the issue I ask for a late fee remove since I was not able to pay with my debit or credit card was told remove as one time when the issue was not cause by me I then ask what I have to do to close my account without any further fees he got aggressive and retaliate by saying you want to go good I won't remove the fee after stating to me he will very rude guy remember this days all calls are recorded 🤔will follow up with corporate very disappointing customer service made me feels like I was wasting his time and I'm the customer smh .

Been here over a year never late on a payment. I just got a letter that says as of June 1st my rate is more than doubling! And then it says the owner responded saying they will forward this over to the "team". Does the owner have his own team of extortionists? How can you explain a 2+ xs rate increase?

In general, Public Storage has been great. However, rent continues to go up and the WiFi entry via Public Storage App is down yet again. Don't understand why this isn't fixed.
Terri made it super easy to get this unit for me the day of and was so polite and friendly! She made sure I had everything I needed and knew what I needed to do if I came later on. Very delightful experience!
Was able to rent unit with just using their website! The whole process was completely contactless! Found my unit with lock available the very next day with no issues. You able to access the property with just using your phone as well! Very clean units, available for indoor and outdoor. My only issue is not having a light in the unit as the hallways for in the indoor only have motion sensor lights. It makes it difficult to when looking for anything the unit ESPECIALLY when the motion sensor light turns off.
Harry was the best. Moving from ohio to Indiana was hard but harry helped make my move easier. The location was clean and safe. I would like to truly thank him for helping me.
