6am - 9pm access at this facility?! i've used public storage multiple times in the past, have had 24 hour access to all my other units, assumed this one would be the same. my code wasn't working to exit the facility because i stayed until 9:15pm (super rebellious of me i am so sorry public storage) the gate prompted me to call an 800# near the exit for assistance. the rep on the phone told me that they couldn't open the gate and (loved this part) i would need to wait in my car until 6am the following day OR call the police or fire to get me out of the facility. luckily there was another renter in there who let me out with a key he had. totally absurd, won't be using public storage again when i empty this unit out. this on top of the rent for the unit going up 40% after the first 90 days with no warning.
Diana is great always so helpful. She does a great job keeping things clean and always happy to see us when we come in. This facility is well cared for.
I had a lot of trouble navigating the app. There was a lot of confusion with my unit transfer. I went to the facility and the property manager was wonderful! She was very helpful and courteous. She helped me straighten all my issues out. I really appreciated that!

This was my first time ever needing to rent a storage, so I wasn't knowledgeable about the process or what size I would need. The Property Manager Diona, is a God sent. She
was kind and very patient with me. I made several calls to her before finalizing my rental and she answered or returned every call. Diona is great at her job and she went over and beyond to accommodate me, even coordinating things with my movers in my absence. I felt comfortable leaving my belonging at this facility, it very clean and secure. I'm so grateful to Diona and I hope the company really values and appreciates her, and how well she represents their business.

Manager Diona is amazing, facility is new and clean, much nicer than other storage locations I've experienced. Easy access with phone app, indoor parking as long as there aren't too many cars. I never write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Had some trouble with a different Public Storage location (as well as my online account due to apparent backend technical issues), but Diona patiently helped me get moved in and was a pleasure to be around, and I'm happy to have found this location. Jeff from Joliet also was incredible in trying to help me out remotely over the phone, could tell both he and Diona genuinely care and will do their best to help. Very pleased with the customer service after some initial hiccups. Highly recommend!

Great place to keep your belongings
This public storage is by far the best location. I just came from extra space storage and this team made the move feel like a no brainer. When I came in Diona and Algis helped me with getting set up, they were so friendly. Night and day difference, can’t recommend this place more!!

$132.60 a month to $178.80 a month after 6 months - I understand inflation but a 35% increase after HALF A YEAR is insane. The lady I spoke with at the front desk is very kind and helpful and did even provide insight to the cost of other sized units but the cost of using this facility is absurd and I'll be removing my items ASAP.
I love this facility. It is new always clean and well maintained. The facility is easy to access right off route 83. The property manager Dee is awesome. Dee is very knowledgeable and professional when you leave a message she contacts you promptly with a resolution/options. I definitely recommend this storage facility!

two stars less for poor customer service that required information from the main account. One night I got stuck after hours and the door wouldn't work from the inside to get it out with the vehicle. I was forced to leave the vehicle inside and take an uber home to go there again the next morning to pick up the vehicle. I don't know whose system it is, but the electric door from inside should work for extreme situations, one of them is mine and others can be (fire, flood...).
