They start with a good price and every couple of months they increase it. In a year or so you end up paying triple or more. The place is not well maintained, lights are burnt out and not fixed for months, ventilation makes so much noise that you feel it’s going to fall on your head and some doors and walls have holes and it is a real hustle now that they only allow entrance from only one door. I ended emptying my unit and went somewhere else. Not recommended for long term storage. It could be a good solution if you’re looking to store for just a few months.

GREAT Staff at this location! Samantha was soooo accommodating and super helpful!!! When I made my reservation I didn’t realize it would be on a second floor and I didn’t want that. Samantha was willing to check other locations but then found a unit that was just outside of the elevator. My unit is way better than a first floor unit, it’s super easy to access and they provide carts 😊 I was almost ready to go to another storage facility but Samantha saved me from having to shop around! So glad for her and Public Storage 👍

This place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment. I even called ahead to make sure they would be open because I didn't want to make that drive in vain (I had some questions about the forms I didn't want to sign, something I didn't understand). The person on the phone assured me the office was open until six just to drive there and have the person living on the property tell me that she left early. I canceled my reservation right after.
The machine doesn't work, I have the code and the machine doesn't work. I spent 30 minutes trying to open it and it didn't respond. The worker was in her car outside. I asked a question and she said she couldn't help me until tomorrow at 9:30 because she had already finished her hours and She was sitting outside in her car, it was hard for her to help.

There are many double doors in the corridors. Have you tried going through these doors with a cart loaded with your things?

I came with my husband to tour the property and the manager on duty Brent was very helpful in going over prices and options. The grounds were very clean and we were told about all the safety features so we feel comfortable being here even when the office is closed. We have been in touch with the office staff at Wheeling as we assess our storage needs and both Debbie and Brent have been very helpful as we navigate figuring out moving to a new apartment. Debbie answers any questions we have if we stop by and Brent calls to check in on us every so often.

I needed boxes and moving supplies for an upcoming trip and Brent was able to help me get exactly what I needed quickly and cheaply!
Only issues I would say is that they need to have more carts available to carry your storage. At least 3 per building. Last time I went there was only one cart and it was being used. I checked the other buildings and found nothing. No cars where around too. Only me and the other couple who were using the cart were around
