Rented 2nd floor unit at a reasonable price. They tried increasing the rent but luckily I was stopping my renting right as they were going to increase mine. Elevator was out half of the time that I was there however it was fixed fairly quickly. The main reason for my 1 star, and why I won't rent here again, is because I was harassed nearly every time that I was there by the girl driving the white Volkswagon Taos SUV. She always had her car double parked and would run out yelling at me to move my car out from the parking space, that it's employees only. I told her there's no sign and where are customers supposed to park. She said she didn't care but not in the actual designated parking spaces. So when I was there I had to go move my car and block another customers unit with my car. The last two times i just ignored her and wasn't going to potentially inconvenience another paying customer by blocking their rented space just to not park near her beloved, double parked car. One of the times I was there she was in the lot and running to go yell at another customer for whatever reason. The point being her actions and behavior are going to drive business away.
My rent was doubled throughout the course of one year of renting at this storage space. When I called customer service I was offered no help. I personally will never be renting with Public Storage again
Original review: Easy to set up, with reasonable rates. Customer service was great, Sony made it easy and was quick to respond to my calls. Would recommend renting here

Can not say enough about what a scam PS is...my storage units have doubled from just a Few years ago. And they will just keep raising it to infinity because they can. A complete racket! No to mention the customer support infrastructure sucks. My advice is if you need a storage unit for longer than few months...you might as well just sell or junk your stuff because by the time you get done with PS....you will have been able to buy what you are storing there twice over! Wish I could give them negative stars!!!!!!!

Worst place ever. Never willing to work with u if u fall behind just put your stuff right into auction. Recommend uhaul storage instead i have them as well and they are so much nicer and understanding and willing to work with u if u have hard times and fall behind unlike this place who puts your stuff up for auction right away.

Public storage must be paying for ratings. I attempted to get a storage unit there but the place is a dump.
Building is antiquated, they do not have hand carts and the gate only opens after you type the code in 3 to 5 times.
Take your storage needs elsewhere.
