Darren was very helpful. I needed a cart and he walked around the unit and was able to borrow one from someone long enough for me to get unloaded. That being said, they only have 4 carts. Not enough. Took a star off for that one.

Horrible experience with this place idk how anyone is giving them 4-5 star ratings 🤦🏼♂️ my bill went up like 4 times and I only received 1 notice of bill increase which they supposably send it every time before the increase occurs to make sure we know but that didn’t happen.. I called and this place never has anyone to answer the phone never a manager available nothing.. then I talk with someone about leaving before the new month comes they tell me take out your stuff and remove your lock and you’ll be all set nothing to worry about after that YET I’m still receiving calls saying I owe for the month after I’ve already been out of there 🤦🏼♂️ just ridiculous service I received every time I had an issue.

I could not decide on a unit size and she worked with me every step of the way. 1 year back I signed for 10x15 storage at this location in Schaumburg. Price was: $118/month. Then 5 months later they changed it to $165/month. And now they have changed it to $212/month. So in approx 1 year price has increased by almost 80%. This business is fraud. They get you to signup for lower raters then keep increasing the rates. No one increases by 80%!Hope the govt starts to tackle these storage companies next. Will be filing a complaint with the govt.

After 5 months of using indoor storage suddenly received email that the storage rate is increasing next month to $165 from $118. That is increase of 39.83%!!! What a rip off and shaddy way of doing business. 2 starts because the facility is good.

I have never met a better customer service representative in all my 67 years. What would have frazzled three employees and caused others to lose their minds, Renee handled with professionalism, kindness and a sense of humor. I had a situation where there was a problem with my unit being reserved and Renee went out of her way to get it resolved. Because of her quick thinking and attention to detail, I am now a proud happy renter of two units. Whatever administration pays her, it is not enough. Unit leaked a few times this summer, figured it was because of extra heavy rainfall but was happy with the price and didn't want to move our boxes again.
However, the storage location raised prices 3 months in and customer service informed us they could raise prices every 30 days if they chose to.
There are other local storage companies and units that provide more value and better protect your belongings.
