Me and my wife, specifically my wife lost our storage key and I just knew there was going to be a hard time getting a new one. (so I thought). But the employee there 'Frank' proved that wrong with an in and and out process of getting the lock cut and replaced in 1 stop in less than 30 minutes. Such a nice guy Frank was and a fresh breath of air. If you're looking to rent storage and for Easy Customer Service, this is the place.

One cart to be used for the entire property it seems, never see another one, and it’s loud and bumpy and steers poorly. Restroom located on main building in property, locked at all times and no access. Never an employee in office when I check. Glad to be moving and use a different company

They are pure liars. I never saw any business as dishonest as this place. During the registration process, I had repeatedly declared that I don't need "insurance". But what they did was just secretly adding the monthly insurance charge into my account, then "waiving the first time charge" so I wouldn't notice the balance when I paid at the end of the registration. But the charge would appear on my next month bill and so on.
When I found this fraud I almost called the police. A business like this should never exist and some people who did this fraud things should be arrested.
