But the site manager Glenda was able to get it all resolved in a matter of a couple of hours! Glenda is always available if not on site she always returns messages. It’s assuring knowing that 1. There is a manager on site 2. That there is a person who handles issues rather than AI customer service

We rented at this location for six months and had a great experience. No issues moving in or out. It’s a convenient location with easy access. Brenda was extra helpful when we moved out, we didn’t have time to stop at the office that day and were going to come back over the weekend it she got everything settled up and swept out the unit for us! We’d definitely rent here again in the future.

For the money people pay to store their stuff you would think the asphalt would be salted and plowed. This is a hazard where cars will slip and slide and knock into the buildings. It snowed over a week ago and the snow still hasn’t been cleared or shoveled.
Brenda is fantastic. She helped me make an in person payment and helped me and my fiance to get our broken key out of the lock! AND IT WORKED! :) I never have an issue here, best service. Easy to use. And legit, Brenda is the best and sweetest!
