Public Storage fees start low, rent your space for a year or so and you end up paying 3 times the amount from where you begin. Just ridiculous.

I would like to start off by saying... Thank you to Ms Nicole over here at the Merionette Park location. I have been with the service since 2019 when I began my journey of using storage. Nicole has been such a great help to me everytime I had to interact her. She always go above and beyond with her customer service expertise and help with any issues that may occur. When I see her at any given time on the property...I'm always happy to see her. It could be cold out or super hot..but she is always willing to stop what she is doing to accommodate each customer I have witness. Lol I told her If she ever leave this location I would look for her.... For me you can't find good customer service support. Other locations are not nice, 110th Cicero ... I had to visit them before when our location was closed for construction. But once again this review was over do.... Thank you public storage for hiring such a beautiful person who really knows her work and craft here for the company..

11644 S kedzie location is awesome. the staff is always friendly and helpful. it's always clean and the gate is always in working order. Nicole was so helpful when I recently called her with an issue i had with another location. She put my mind at ease and made sure the issue was cleared up.

I was having trouble getting a new unit thru the 1 800 public storage called the facility in Merrionette Park, IL spoke with Nicole she was very helpful and friendly, went over to the locations spoke with manager on duty at the time he help me get everything organized, I recommend this facility Merrionette Park to anyone who looking to store anything. Very friendly staff and personably...we need more people like this in all businesses. Thank you

Ms. Nicole helped me close out my unit today. I rented the unit for a couple of years with zero problems. Not a single thing bad I can say. My stuff was safe and secure there. I would recommend anyone to use this place for storage.

I made the mistake of renting at this facility on a 116th and kedzie after 3 MONTHS of renting there they went up $53 on my rent and apparently their late fee is about $50. What they're doing is trying to extort people for money , they know it's hard for a person to move out of a 10x19 storage at the drop of a hat. I would highly Recommend you think twice before renting.
