I am disappointed with the refund method for the return of their locks. They force you to get one and charge you for it and when you buy your own and return theirs, they send the refund as a check in the mail instead of the method it was paid for in the beginning.

Then I spoke with Barbara at the Roosevelt office east of Westmore-Myers and she said no problem. She said she was there every day. This is a great location for storage. We only had to store our stuff there for a short duration as we are moving but the unit was clean and the staff was super friendly. Barb called to check on us when we scheduled our move out date to make sure we were good to go and ensure that we didn't have any issues (and we didn't have any). Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

I had such a hard time looking for a unit at the 880 location in Lombard, it was a nightmare. The manager there (curly haired hispanic woman) does NOT care about her job at all! So I ended up traveling here for a unit. WHAT A RELIEF. Barb was so wonderful and helped with everything I needed! Very happy customer now. This is the best location of the 3 in Lombard.

I must start out first that I was one month overdue with my two storage spaces and I kept in touch with Barb to make payment arrangements and I was able to complete payment my balance before it was due. Barb was so nice and accommodating. Around 30 minutes later, she called me back to let me know that my late fee was waived and the best xmas gift of all.... LOWER MONTHLY RATES! I have been a good customer for over three years, so this was quite a surprise. Thank you Barb for all your help! Many blessings to you!
