Public storage, especially this location is terrible. Very limited units, and building is in a bad location. Gate also malfunctions quite often. Management is a joke. They Beg people to leave 5 star reviews as it helps their "Numbers" for the month. Not to mention there is always a Manager who is covered in Tattoos at every store. This company needs help.

White the facility is new there are some problems . The lsome of t h e ights on the second floor go out and it takes several attempts of hand waving and walking before they come back on. There are no lights inside the units like some other facilities have. Also the first elevator near the exit door lights are out. I rode in a completely dark elevator. These are probably easy fixes if the owners take the time to do them.

Barb helped me to switch from a 5x10 to a 5x5 storage unit today. She was helpful, efficient and made the switch simple! I have used this facility for more than a year and it is always clean and well run.

Ms d stay 35 extra minutes after to get me completed with my reservation and assisted me all the way through I promise you her calling me and this transition has been so great because my life right now is like a roller coaster I recommend this public storage on 880 Roosevelt road you all will not regret it Ms d is awesome for real and the owners if you read this you all need to give her a raise for the work that she did because she walked the whole Mile with me all the way through thank you Public Storage

The Female staff at this location flirts with each other at the front desk in front of customers. Really? Public storage needs to fire whoever is running this place. Will be reporting this too!

I will never come back here again. Customer service from Megan was extremely bad and I felt very unwelcomed. This is something that needs to be addressed as it is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially if you have the position of a manager, this position is not meant for everyone and definitely not for this woman Megan.

Never return phone calls, lie about pricing. stealing my stuff basically because you won't let me make a payment you need people to answer the phone you say you're there till 6 o'clock but no one ever answers the damn phone!

I had a bad run in with this place recently trying to help my cousin move. Staff unprofessional some people need to know not mix business and pleasure.

Dee is the best! I was having so many issues paying online and at a kiosk.

Megan clearly isn't interested in her job as she doesn't follow up on her appointments. Thanks for nothing! Just go somewhere else.

Terrible location

Extremely difficult and frustrating experience. Unable to contact anyone here via phone. Door was locked each time I attempted to purchase a unit in person. Worst location in the area. Hire a new manager.

Great experience renting a unit out. I did everything via the phone with Darien at another location. When that particular location didn't have the size I needed with climate control, he helped fine one for me close by and then booked everything for me. I had immediate access which was also really amazing!!! Everything is bright, clean, and secure!

I started the process of obtaining a storage unit online. However, I needed assistance, so I went into the office & Megan/Ashley (now I may have 'Ashley' name wrong, so I'll describe her - thick, bubbly white girl with glasses). When I tell you they were the coolest customer service reps I've met in a while. First, I love, love, love the comraderie between these 2. They work so well together. 'Ashley' picked up on my energy of being nervous in such a large warehouse & was able to find me a unit near the elevator... thank you, Friend 😊! They made renting a storage unit seamless.

Barb was extremely helpful in getting me the correct discount rate and showing the units, she did a top notch job. The website provided bait and switch information, advertising one price then changing it as you got into the sign up process. The customer service people were completely useless and could answer none of my questions. My advice is to go to the actual location and talk to the staff, they know what they are doing

Kelly Kelly Kelly!!! That’s all I have to say. Talk about great customer service, moved into wrong unit and she was there to transition everything with no issues.

WORST facility I've ever experienced!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We rented the locker as we were moving overseas for three years. First, they doubled the rent a few months after moving in, without even notifying us first, and with no mention in the contract - and we were already overseas! Second, they locked us away from all our belongings, and would not help us! On visiting back home for our wedding, we came one evening around 6pm to deal with our whole locker. We had everything spread out in the hallway, pulling out items for our wedding in a few days, plus items to take with us overseas. After a couple hours, my partner went downstairs to make a phone call (since there is NO cell phone service or wifi in the entire building 🙄) and never came back. Worried he'd forgotten his keys or the code to get back in, I went down after him. He said, "Now, we're both stuck. I couldn't warn you, since there's no service." It was 9:30pm, and they LOCK the elevators at 9pm, to only go down, not up, with NO SIGNS OR WARNING ANYWHERE, ON THE WALLS OR EVEN IN THE CONTRACT, even if you're still working inside and hauling stuff down to your car!!! So, all of our most valuable belongings were spread out everywhere upstairs, with our locker open, and all the things we needed for our wedding!!! We called customer service, but they would not help us - would not access the code box to let us up one time. We had to drive back to where we were staying (over an hour away), sleep 4 hours, and drive back to be there at 6am to clean up our stuff and keep it from being stolen. Ridiculous!!! How is that safe???!!! Third, they have almost NO CARTS. I've been waiting over half an hour right now for a cart, and everyone is standing around complaining. Conveniently, there is no staff to be found. Fourth, the door access code box works poorly. I hate this place. Don't ever rent here.

I was referred to this location by a family member who was very satisfied with the help provided by Vanessa. I went she walk me through the facilities (extremely clean by the way), she even assisted with the Public Storage App and went into detail on how to use it. Keep up the great work!!

I recently rented a unit and was so amazed on the customer service here . Vanessa was so helpful on showing me around the property, using my code and how to access the Public storage app. Such a clean facility too.

I love the ladies here! They're so friendly! I was told one thing with the CC(call center) ppl and the ladies got me right together! Their amazing! Kelly and Liz for the win!! They definitely went above and beyond!

My rent has nearly doubled since I've had the space, which has only been 4 months. I signed at $55/month and now my monthly rent is being increased to $90/month. The garage entrance didn't even work for the first 2 months, and the moving carts are always dirty. There's no reason rent should be increasing as much as it is in such a short amount of time.

The place is brand new and huge, climate controlled, and a standard storage facility. There has to be over 200 units here. Why 2 stars? I've been here a total of 6 times and half of the times I had to wait on a cart. For 200+ units, how many carts do they have? Four. How many times do you think there will be a few people loading items using 2 carts each. The sole purpose of storage units is to move stuff in and out and that requires a cart. I doubt it will change because some jackass in corporate probably came up with that number.
