This Public Storage was wonderful. There is easy access to the unit and an app that allows you to open the gate from your car as you approach the entrance. Best of all are the staff who are very helpful and friendly. Diane, the manager, is great. She is fun to work with, quickly responds, and wants you to have a good experience. When I was ready to move out she came out and asked if she could do anything for me. I was a little nervous working with the movers. She was very reassuring and helpful!!! I will go back if I ever have another need for a storage unit.

Terrible service I’ve been a long term customer for over 2 years and over the 2 years they kept raising my promised rate just for me to call and have it reduced to the agreed on price when “being helped” by the very rude and unprofessional employee who “tried to help me” which was just telling me to try and fit my full unit into a smaller one at a lower rage 🤣 jus overall a scam and unprofessional their reason for raising the rate was “due to the economy” like the economy isn’t hard on us too🤣🤣

Went to a few storage locations today and saw this place on my way home and decided to stop by just to get information. Diane was very pleasant and informative. She asked me a few questions and suggested a unit size. I decided to rent the 10x10 unit. I actually passed this one up and went to the other location down the street, however to my dismay it was just a kiosk rental and no one to talk to. So glad I decided to make the u-turn and come back to this location that I passed. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made this task quick and painless. 5.31.22: I'm changing my rating because I've been given a rate increase too consistently. I could see if it were 2x a year, but to receive a rate increase in October, January then this morning is unnecessary especially when this isn't the type of business that incurs that much substational increases in costs to do business - very standard management of property. Customers who are long-term and consistent should not be receiving rate increases this frequently and for more than a fraction of the base rent. I feel they are taking advantage of the fact that IL has regulations regarding this. It's difficult to budget for the rent when you don't know if it will double or triple within the next 3 to 6 months.
