I am so very happy on today Celina the property manager at the Lansing office was so very helpful to me I had a mishap in the Griffin office and they took my rent money. Off autopay and I was very upset, I called the customer service with hopes of help but did not receive any but Celina, was very patient with me and took her time to find me a solution and for that on today I am so grateful to her.
No hassel, upfront easy to obtain prices! Friendly staff! Takes your mind off the other issues at hand!

Awful location!!! There's no one to man the office (except for by appointment, smh) but all sorts of issues that require assistance. The security gate was hanging open, the unit was hidden (I'm still not convinced it existed) what your reservation says is not what you experience and when you report all of this to property managers, it's no big deal to them. They'll even lie straight to your face about making a return call that you requested to set a time to see a propertyv manager in person. I vacated the property without ever moving in. I wasted about $100 so that hopefully someone else won't have to!

I got a storage, had rat droppings in a drawer when I moved out less than a month later, then got a rude and short response from the ladies at the desk when I questioned the lock policy. I will not be going here again if I need storage.
Would never recommend renting from this place! Cockroach infestation location! Horrible customer service! Knew of cockroaches in lockers and it was still sold to the public!! Avoid for your family to stay bug and pest free.
