Alison is absolutely amazing. So sweet

They gave me a storage unit that didn’t exist. Paid $56 for it and they taxed me additional $10 before the next billing cycle, although they gave me back my money when I cancelled my subscription with them all together I would have still have had to paid it if I stayed with them. When I came to actual place the clerked acted like they were closed and when I ordered my Uber back home and it arrived, that’s when the clerked came to unlock their doors as if there were open. I would never recommend this place to anybody, EVER. Don’t waste your money here.

I recently went into this store for a space I was not sure what I needed but this very nice worker I believe her name was Cristel was extremely helpful knew all the answer and helped me so much. I would truly recommend going in and asking for her if you have any questions about storage.

The very worst PS location I’ve ever worked with. I buy storage auctions and I’m 1 of the ppl that work into getting previous owner back their belongings so I won a locker for $80 paid for it and everything told me left left right is all they told me not where or who. I live in oak lawn so Lansing is a bit of a cruise after about 10 min I find the facility and get a phone call saying we have an emergency can you come back in a hour? Nah I’ll just wait considering I live 45 min away. I try calling numerous times once the hour 10 min time hits no answer would you believe this place had me waiting over 2 hours then not only that but the icing is in the cake I had to come back to other location that they’re dealing by with customers and they just forgot about me. Give me my money back and GoTo a backup bidder bcuz 2 + hours is unacceptable (emergency was someone at another facility was attacked and they sent 2 140lb women instead of the police) and once the police got there should be 5 min if you know the number of 911 then you come back bcuz you’re a store and have customers waiting! They refused to give me my money back and made me either take the stuff or get banned I’m never visiting this facility again. Told to call the district manager Kennie but lack of customer service she doesn’t answer right after getting off phone with her employee

There is nothing special here. Super tight local streets, especially when driving a 20 feet long uhaul truck. They forced you to buy insurance since nothing is insured with your monthly bill. I started paying 51.69 as promo, and then the price went up to 151 without further notice in a matter of 5 months. I took everything out ASAP.

This place is HORRIBLE. So at first when my mom tried getting in she found out that they replaced her lock because we didn't pay for 2 months, but we payed that a week ago, THEN they made us pay 460$ more for a "Inconvenience fee" that's crazy!! Then my mom got a call that we could go back to storage because they finally unlocked it, but guess what? ALL OF OUR STUFF WAS EVERYWHERE!!! WE ALL SPENT HOURS TOGETHER PUTTING EVERYTHING IN PLACE TOO!! AND EVEN THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK COULDN'T TO ANYTHING ABOUT IT CUS SHE SAID "somebody must of broke into your storage room" ITS LITERALLY THERE SECURITY!!!! SO IT'S THERE SECURITY AND THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT ABOUT PEOPLE BREAKING INTO YOUR STORAGE ROOM!!! I wouldn't even give them one star but I have no choice!! After that my mom was crying so hard, she was so upset. Forget this place, I don't suggest trusting them with your stuff, because this is what they will do.

Very friendly staff & the no contact rental was easy breezy 👍Unit was clean & paperwork & lock was in it awaiting my arrival. Any questions I had was addressed & answered w/ very fast response from the on site staff. The gate access via cell phone is great,didn't have to get out in the rain to access panel. Another +plus with public storage.
