Amber was awesome. I had been frustrated with my experience over phone with various companies and intimidated by the whole offsite storage process. So glad I stopped in while she was here. I paid my deposit and will be able to start utilizing services asap. She explained everything thoroughly and made the process smooth as well as the decision to use this facility as “no-brainer”

Absolutely love the clerk attitude she was filling in from another store she greeted me explained everything had a great personality even shook my hand before I left. Will definitely rent here if ever needed again we went to Publix storage first they were suppose open at 9 didn’t until 9:20 lady had short rude attitude for no reason made me go find another storage place because her attitude was sour but glad she did because I found extra space storage and their customer service is amazing thank you.

We have been a client of this Extra Space Storage in Lansing, IL, for sometime now. Today, I had to interact with the new manager, Sabrina, on some logistical issues. She was the most helpful, understanding, and accommodating professional I have had to deal with. She made our transaction seamless and with such a degree of care rarely seen. We feel so blessed to have someone with her caliber to work with. It is really a pleasure to have her as the new manager.
