Many years ago i used public storage in another town and i wasn’t happy about it but when i moved to Joliet i was hesitant about using them again but i have had a excellent experience thanks to Erynn. I paid my September rent on 9/1/22 and moved out of the unit on 9/5/22 and they refused to provide a prorated refund. I've been in the unit for almost a year and can't believe they will not refund the 25 days of storage not used. Be aware, they will keep your money when no service is provided. I have never dealt with a company that keeps your money when providing no service. Really unbelievable!

The fact they have an app makes this so much easier. Its. A bit more expensove then other places by 50-100 bucks for same size units but your valuables seem well protected. I like they have their units raise to help prevent flood damage. Recommend, no problems, very convenient
