Hardwood Heights Public storage is the best! Tracy is such an amazing Person. My mother has a storage unit here and Tracy’s always going above and beyond to help my mom out. The staff here are wonderful and has helped me out with a few different situations. Customer for almost 3 years. This particular time, Laura went out of her way to really help me out. Due to a job loss, I had been experiencing some financial difficulties for a few months and could not pay the recent increase in my unit's rent. Laura kept me regularly updated on my balance, the status of my unit to prevent it from going to auction and reached out to corporate to remove some late fees. The whole time, all of it was done with kindness and empathy. That goes a long way in retaining a customer when you're going through a difficult time. Thank you, Laura!

I very much liked my storage unit here at the Harwood Heights locations, it's clean, well lit, and the person in charge Tracy is the best. She and her team Rhonda are attentive and provide the best customer service. The only reason why I had decided to close my unit was of the cost increasing unexpectedly. It has caused me to look elsewhere but these other locations haven't been to par compared to this location.

I had trouble setting up a rental unit on my phone, so I went into the office for some help. Rhonda provided great customer service with my situation. She said she was only there for a week and I was amazed at her knowledge already. She did run into a few questions and her co-worker, Tracy, stepped in. I was shown the unit and all my questions were answered. I hope they are commended for there great customer service. I highly recommend this facility.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Wish access closed at 10pm instead of 9. But still 5 stars solely because of the consistently outstanding customer service I have received from their management. From the tour on day one to a recent payment issue I had, manager Melanie has been my go-to person to help or answer any concern I've had. Welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, Melanie treats customers and myself like family and I appreciate it. Do not do business with this company. They have lied to me repeatedly. Customer service is non existent. They told me "too bad" that I'm not getting the help I requested. They took my money and I can't get ahold of anyone.

Came in today because I forgot my code and wanted to know about the price increase and Sue was so helpful one of the kindest people I've ever worked with at a storage facility. She explained the charges and even took off some unnecessary ones that were added a while back under the pretense that they were necessary. She even explained if I moved to a different unit I could save even more still. Overall her kindness took down my frustration greatly and I appreciate that. She deserves a raise or a promotion lol, it's hard to find good workers these days and the ones that are should be appreciated.
