You don’t seem to find this kind of customer service now days. I really thank you for going above and beyond to help my mother. Twice my car was vandalized at the facility on Voorhees st. In the front and in the back. They have cameras but nobody sees anything. Insurance paid the first one rejected the second.

Public Storage violates established discrimination laws. Finding a more compliant storage facility is highly recommended. There are a few in the Danville, IL area to choose from.

I needed a self storage space quite last minute and Denise and Melinda were so helpful! Denise gave me a call letting me know where they were located and what I should expect when I arrive. Melinda was who I met with in person to do paperwork and get the keys from and she wonderful and kind! Both ladies did everything in their power to insure a great experience!
