The storage facility itself is ok, but behind the scenes aren’t good, you have no cap on how you increase the rent, but you offer nothing. You can offer things like dumpster day etc.

Tanya took the time to explain why I was having the issue and also walked me through the process to finish the reservation. She was. knowledgeable and went over and above to help her customer. This location is great, excellent customer service. The storage unit are clean when you rent. If they are a little dirty they make sure the are clean before you move you belongings and valuables in there.
