The first storage room offered was not clean and damaged ceiling. We asked to move and the second was better. Service has been ok.
They don't like answering their phones

Convenient location, but ridiculously infested with rodents. Staff were not inclined to act when notified. Frankly, they were disinterested.
To whom may benefit, when I purchased this unit I was active duty military. I retired shortly after to care for my mother. Due to my paydays only coming once a month I'm unable to make my payment on time because after retiring my paydays went from twice a month and less pay. I realize this is not the fault of the company. It's a choice I made to care for my mother. Circumstances change and that's life. The district manager called me and spoke to me as if I was a child. She told me regardless of my sittion I signed a agreement. True but she could care less about everyone situations can change. Very unprofessional district manager

Outrageously expensive, filthy, rarely anyone at the front desk and hours to access facility are ridiculous. Cannot and do not recommend this facility or any other Public Storage facility.
The property manager at this site does not answer the phone when trying to be contacted. I think it's unprofessional to send emails and then no one can pick up the phone at this facility. I will be in next Wednesday to speak to whoever the property manager is. I expect to be able to close my account out and retrieve my things. This was my first time using this facility and will be my last time. I don't see how you have workers and no one answers.

Just received an automatic text message r/t me leaving the property yesterday after
5 p.m.; concerned for my safety; however there was a property manager on site, the manager could have driven around the property to remind customers that the gate/property closes at
5 p m.
4/20/23 No one was in the office of the time of arrival how are you close when you are supposed to be open doing open hours

Its clean and low-key I went after hours one time which your not suppose to do but all I got was a friendly reminder to try to be earlier next time but you can access you locker after hours they just don't want you to!

I went in to just get some information and the young lady was so helpful and nice I know I’ll get a storage here.
Arrived at 9:30AM to pick up a storage unit I won at auction. Waited until 11AM due to no staff being present, no phone calls being answer ed. Called corporate and was told the staff member is "five minutes" away in the back sweeping out units, mind you I've been here since 9:30AM, and haven't seen anyone come or go. Several customers pulled up, tried the office door and left. Very poor customer service. Do not list hours that you can not uphold. I will avoid this facility in the future.
Dru was very patient with my mother. He gave her the best customer service. Not only did he assist her with choosing the best unit for her things, he helped her find her unit as well. I would definitely recommend my friends to this location.

Drew helped me get the best unit for my needs, even by it being last minute. I couldn’t find my unit so he took the time out to show me exactly where the unit was when I arrived. The weather prevented me from coming back to get my things, so Drew made the process much less stressful for me. I highly recommend this location!
