New facility (as of 2024) so everything is clean and modern. Rhonda in the office is wonderful. She helped me get the Public Storage app working correctly so I could access the doors via Bluetooth on my phone. Enclosed garage to park and unload stuff. Clean bathrooms. Well lit.

I was thinking of moving my current storage space to this facility and I had some questions before I did, as its closer to my house. I went into the office, spoke to Rhonda, and she was excellent. I was storing at Honore most recently not because I liked it ( you can see my review for Honore Lawrence if you go to their page) but because it was convenient for my team. I was so happy to see Public Storage building a new location on Kedzie. It's clean, well-lit, well- staffed and less than half of what I was paying at Honore. Mind you, I have used a number of storage facilities for my business for a number of years and honestly most are poorly managed but I've had a personal experience using Public Storage before and they are the best managed storage company I've encountered. Tracy behind the desk is super helpful and capable and I feel like I am finally in good hands!

I was using another storage space for more than double the price, and it was far less convenient! The units are clean, you always see someone cleaning or helping someone, it's really perfect.
