On 10/31 I rented a unit at 95th Street location in Chicago. On 11/8 I went to unit to retrieve bed, bedding and kitchen items that were needed. I had rented truck to do so. When I returned on 11/17 shrink wrap was removed from chaise lounge among other items

Property was stolen off of my trailer twice in 6 months. The weight of the objects stolen suggests it was someone with access to the property during business hours. The stolen items were also chained down and secured with padlocks. Bolt cutters were used. The blanket indemnity provided by the contract shouldn't exempt them from the basic duty of care to maintain a secure property. Allowing someone to enter the premises and use bolt cutters to steal from me in broad daylight is simply too negligent to keep my business.

Tennille is absolutely amazing! Her customer service skills are the best I’ve ever had in a public storage facility. Tennille is very professional, friendly, patient, caring as well as quick and proficient with assisting all customers. I watch her work with customers on the phone and inside of the facility and I would have to say that her customer service is SPOT ON!!!!! If I were to recommend any Public Storage facility I would definitely recommend this one. I also just met Sharonda and I’m sure she’s just as awesome.
