Although there are many storage places closer to where I live, I will not accept and other storage than the location where Damaute is present! Stay AWAY from this Public storage.
My trailer got STOLEN(worth $45 000). When I asked them to provide me camera to show who stole trailer from my spot, they DENIED. During investigation I find out people who work here are in deal with some people who stilling.
When I find out my trailer is stolen, they didn’t help at all, they said manager will call you in few hours, nobody call me for 5 days until I find manager number.
If you don’t want to your stuff get stolen, stay away from here.
I will sue you!
When I say looked out! This public storage location has been so helpful in my move out of state. The size of the space was able to accommodate my 2 bedroom and enclosed porch worth of items for less than $250 a month I mean. 😁And then on move out day I literally had 20 til closing a too full car load and 2 large items meant for the trash left inside the unit. It's 100 degrees today! But my girl Brittany at the front desk helped me out and took the items in a cart to the trash so I didn't have to drag them out by hand in this heat! 20/10 would recommend this location. ✌🏽

Property seems secure but access stops at 6?! I’ve never heard of this. I wouldn’t have signed up if I knew that. It was relayed to me access until 10pm. Additionally I was not notified my unit was not climate controlled. Regretting this decision.

Customer service sucks. The person at the desk can’t answer questions. Just idk.. hate places like this. Have rules and regulations but nobody can answer our questions. Why do we only have access till 6pm? So for those who can’t make it during business hours can’t access their things but get phone call after phone call to pay their balance. Other storage units office hours are regular business hours but still grant us acres to the unit WE ARE PAYING FOR!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Get new access hours!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

NEW UPDATE : so after making this review about a week after purchasing my rental unit at this location they send me a email stating my lock and door will be removed from my unit as starting Nov 20th they’ll have construction going on for the next 4 months LMAO first of all why would u guys let me purchase a rental agreement unit without warning or notifying about any preplanned 4 month’s construction repairs I will be going up to the office to speak to the manager and will update this again

UNIT E26 -- rented a storage unit from this location on August 22nd paid $248.78 I closed the account on Sep 1st 9 days later.
Sep 2nd I got charged anther $71.00 but I received an invoice that states my account is closed with $0.0due.
I called PS customer care and spoke to a rep and all we did was go in circles she knew nothing about nothing and just kept repeating numbers to me. I asked her at least 8 times what was the charge of $71 for since I received an invoice for 0.0 and I had paid for a month. She kept repeating numbers and I said are you're going in circles you still haven't told me what this $71.00 charge is for she said no I'm not you're just not understanding what I'm saying and clicked the line. So now all in total I have paid $320.00 for 9 days of storage.
Ridiculous- WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

The only complaint I have is about the rodents that got into my unit and destroyed alot of my items. There are large holes in the ceiling of the unit that they gonin and out of. I notified the manager about a month ago but haven't heard anything back from anyone in regards to this matter. You would think for the money that they charge a month, something like that should be taken care of. Other than that, no complaints.

She gave me a much better experience than the first guy I dealt with that literally watched me shovel snow by myself and watched me and my friends push my car up the drive way and did not help AT ALL. I’ve been asking for assistance for over a month with my bill. Nothing has been done everyone keeps telling me they will call me back and haven’t received one yet. Over all I dislike the customer service and the communication.
