Have a stroage unit here, my mother also has 2 units here. My unit and her unit were broken into the same week, my lock had been cut and everything was riffled through and possessions stolen. They said they had no clue and there was nothing to be done about it. I strongly feel someone maybe an employee who had access to the computer and knew that the family had multiple units here for an extended period of time was involved. If you value your items Do Not use this storage facility. I don't want anyone else to go through this horrible experience.

I was originally placed in a very lack luster space with a very annoying noise from the light fixture and light switchs. I was able to be helped by Geri to get a more ideal space and for her service I give 5 stars. However the space is a bit warm and is suppose to be temperature controlled which I find a bit strange.

My mother-in-law passed, and we needed to clean out her storage. (she has a LOT of junk). Gerry, the manager was amazing. She helped us find the unit and located a cart we could use. After trips to goodwill and a garbage place, she helped close out the unit and told us how sorry she was for our loss. I would highly recommend renting from this Public Storage location.

Yes i did other reviews for her and every time she asks I will. Because when you are treated with such a loving yet respectful and with integrity you can tell who you can trust. Lucy is always eager to help us, and even though she doesn't see it it makes more than just a title but knows how to treat people and she is gifted in that.
This was my first time ever needing public storage and I was so lucky to find this place! I have been here for two years and have never had any issues! The facility was easy to access and the employees here are great! Especially Carolyn who helped me with closing down my account when I no longer needed the space anymore and I can’t say enough great things about her! So friendly, so helpful and just a joy to work with! If I’m ever in need of another space I will definitely be coming back!

Geri is always pleasant and easy to work with. The one complaint I have is the past 3 times I have gone to my unit, there are no push carts available. This needs to be addressed immediately, or why should I continue pay rent to Public storage?
Geri, the manager was very helpful and friendly. I had trouble with the door to my space and she immediately walked back to my space and worked her magic. Most people who work in customer service try to get out of helping someone if it requires any effort. Geri did it all with a smile and a great sense of humor.
