First off let me say customer service amazing the manager, Stephanie very helpful just because of her i will be back thank you for being patient with me and helping me.
Stephanie was very extremely helpful in getting my daughter a storage for her things until she moves into her apartment. Stephanie advised us on the right size of our unit & even showed us comparable pricing that helped us make a decision that was fair and reasonable! Very appreciative of her assistance.

They increase your rent every 6 months
Whenever they need a power trip they might try to call the police on you for being in your unit for 15minutes. Yes, even with the door open.

People who are saying nice place and all that crab is fake. This place is bad, one of the worst storage i rent. I rent a 5x5 and they leave the lock inside and when i open the door i have a column of 3 feet inside. I call and the manager pretended to act like she dont know and later she accepts some storage they have column inside.she recommended to check before you rent. Thats mean maybe you can have a column or a cow or someone living there.. anything can happen because they dont know what is a empty 5x5. Plus is dirty and its say that is climate control but is not climate control. No more.

From the moment I walked in there Stephanie greeted us with such a friendly and welcoming tone! She offered to show us the unit spaces she had available and not to mention she Beyond friendly with my four year old! she made mine, my husbands and my daughters experience absolutely beautiful.
