They stole my television out my storage place I told them they replied I’m the only one with keys to a lock I purchased from them filed a police report and did a claim a waste of time the claims said they couldn’t do anything to pay me for my television cause my unit didn’t have a force entry so why pay I insurance? They say they can’t cover for my television they got inside thieves at this facility don’t store anything here

The worst most ghettoest public storage of ever been to had an appointment to see two units I get there I'm told I cannot see them because they're tagged and she cannot retag. And customer service was an even bigger 🤣
