Brittany, Manager at Public Storage located at 11:29 North Wells is Awesome! She made the whole signing in process stress free and easy. When I couldn’t make up mind on which size storage unit to take, she was so patient and helpful with assisting me. It was so very nice meeting her face-to-face.

Price jumped steeply after just a few months and then again before I even got to a year with them. Staff is nice tho

I needed a storage unit fast as I was moving last minute and this location really came through for me! Brittany was beyond kind and you could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about. She allowed me to check out the unit before committing to it and made sure I had everything I needed to not only be ready to store stuff in the unit but also for my actual move.
