I recently visited Public Storage located at 1129 North Wells Street, Chicago and had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Brittany the manager. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with their prompt and courteous response to my inquiries.
Brittany went above and beyond to meet my needs, providing me with in-depth product knowledge and making excellent recommendations. They were attentive and addressed all my concerns, ensuring that I left with a smile on my face.
The speed with which they resolved my issue was truly remarkable. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire experience outstanding. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received at Public Storage.

Brittany is great at customer service (July 5 2022). She helped me get the correct size unit for my stuff, and assured me I could upgrade if it all didn't fit. Brittany knew the answers to all of my questions. She turned my task into a pleasant event, which is tough to do on a hot and humid day.
