Gabby and Andrew are the best give customer service and takes time out to their customers. They don’t rush you to get a unit, they actually help you find the best unit for your move. There’s no force to use things that you don’t need
Update: They change the rent and increase it without notification and denies the rent decrease for customers and my update is based on my interaction with someone named Pat whom is new that I encountered prroblems with and I still feel that Andrew and Gabby are awesome at what they do and it was unsetting that Pat wasn't as helpful as Andrew and Gabby because they do an amazing and outstanding job in every aspect of customer service and goes beyond what customer service is. Thanks Andrew and Gabby you will always be remembered.

WARNING: RAT INFESTED STORAGE LOCKERS! DO NOT PAY TO LEASE at this Burbank, IL location. All/Most of the roll up door weather stripping, brush seals on the doors are chewed up and need to be replaced. Management is aware of the problem, they have rat traps all over, but have decided to not do anything. They tell you to call the Insurance. So basically you are paying $400-$500 monthly to have RAT urine and feces all over your belongings because Management doesn't want to buy new Seals for their roll up doors. Will be contacting Burbank Building Department and Illinois Department of Health.

Wow I have been searching for a storage unit that has been reasonable and I finally found one. I believe the girls name was Gabby that was working with me and she was wonderful. Not enough carts, on a Tuesday afternoon with 5 other people they still don’t have enough carts.
Easiest public storage facility. I like it a lot. Remember where the elevators are! Hahaha love the staff.

While the hours might be difficult when trying to move in, you truthfully don't need extended hours once moved in. I powered through this and am so happy with this location. Trust me as a frequent mover... it's worth it.

Came in looking for a place to store my things and was able to be helped by the lovely property manager Pat. She took her time and was patient with me figuring out how to set up an account, and made sure any questions I had were answered. Great customer service and clean big facility!
Hours of operation are terrible! They open late and close early!
Now that the holidays are over I am a finally comment on how great pat was. I was having a hard time getting my storage unit and it chewed at my time to unload my U-Haul. I finally got my access code but unfortunately They were closing at six. Pat was understanding, and gave me extra time I needed to get everything out the U-Haul and into the storage unit. But the real reason is for this review . This is the 2nd time I tried to access my unit and it says "gate offline see manager"
We were told we had access until 9pm outside if business was closed!!
I visited the location today and from start to finish the experience was amazing. Gabby and Andrew made sure I had everything I needed the process was a breeze as well! We all know moving can get hectic ! The location is very clean and well kept . They called to confirm my reservation as well, to let me know about the contactless entry which I thought was amazing . I also loved that I originally picked a smaller storage but when arriving seeing I needed a larger unit. Gabby made that process wonderful & fast as well, making my feel better bout the mistake on my end ! The customer service was top tier. Just wanted to shout you guys out about the phenomenal service today! Thanks

Don't store your items with this company. They are unethical. They don't give a free month, they charge you towards the end of that month. They just want to auction your stuff and keep the money, leading to higher payout then renting to you
Gabby and Andrew are absolute angels! After having my unit for 6 years at the oak lawn location, I drove up from Florida to empty my unit. I was very stressed and lost as to how I was going to cram everything in. Both Gabby and Andrew ease my stress, gave me amazing guidance, and we’re just genuinely hopeful. Words cannot express how truly grateful I am for them. Public storage, you have amazing employees in these 2!
