Messed up my billing and made me move units after I had moved in. The only way to find a cart is for the office to be open, and that seems to be at random. Right now I'm standing in the facility, listening to an employee have a phone call, knocking on the locked door, getting no response. It's noon on a Friday, during open hours.
Put the carts where they are available to the people who pay to keep their stuff here.
Edit: again, here on a Tuesday. Two trips between noon and 2:30pm. Office is locked, no carts. Unbelievable.

This place is ok for emergency storage to keep your valuables . The property Manger do have a bit of a rush for u to pay on the 1st if it's due they want it asap . They do charge a late fee but will call you all week to get you to pay kinda silly if a later fee or applied it shouldn't be too pushy. They do Threaten you if no payments unit will be auctioned. Very nerve recking .

We chose this particular Public Storage based on a recommendation and are glad we did! The facility is well-lit, easy access from the street, and has two elevators on either side of the building. The common areas are well kept and we have not had a problem locating push carts. The moving truck was able to maneuver inside the facility without a problem. The cost is very reasonable.
Great place to store my belongings
I got behind on my payment and Thair was so understanding and helpful. I shared that I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income. He immediately started checking into a reduced monthly payment and I recommend Thair and Berwyn Public Storage for your storage needs. Thanks Thair.
