DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Several customers storage spaces were broken into, including mine. If you care about the items that you are storing, then, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Two felon burglary criminals broke the fence to the PUBLIC STORAGE property, and then broke into customers’ storages with lock bolt cutters. They ransacked boxes etc and stole several items of mine during the middle of the night. Please be very very careful and VERY LEERY if you are thinking about renting here, NO MATTER HOW NICE STAFF APPEARS to be, because those ARE FAKE ASS REVIEWS!!!

Lady at front desk was NOT so friendly and the storage closes at 9:00pm so if you get out of there at 9:01 p.m. they sent you several messages pretty much reprimanding you for not getting out at 9:00 or before. It was not okay with me at all! I will stay my month and I will move out

I would never go to this place again looking for a new place paid by Bill for years when I need to retrieve personal items. I am blocked out called customer service. Customer service said there’s nothing we could do hell of a way to run a business. do yourself a favor go somewhere else, they are not willing to help you if you have a problem here they’re willing to take your money and not give your stuff back

As a repeat customer, this experience has been the best. Sara made sure she match my exact needs for a unit, she was very patient with the down of the system and had to finish processing my app manually, she excelled the customer experience with her multi tasking skills. My last experience was not this great and I now know I should've had a unit that matched my needs as I do now thanks to sara

As far as the online reservation and app, I would rather get my teeth pulled. The lead in to get your business and then the let down with surprise fees and automatic charge for insurance.Corporate gets zero stars.Its almost like they think there are no compeditors for storage in the Chicago market. Thanks to the good people running their day to day operations.
Never a problem there. Other than the rates went up 4 times in 3 years, and sorry to say, I don't use my stored items enough to pay $70 a month for a cubicle that's 5ftx5ft. I'll repack and figure out other storage options.
Although location of this storage facility was convenient and I appreciated the app to unlock gate and access garage area, I regrettably have to give this facility a one star based on the fact that they raised my rates after only 3 months from a reasonable $147 a month to $360 per month. They sent notification in December two weeks before Christmas at a time coinciding with a snowstorm. It was as though they timed the increase to coincide with bad weather and the holidays to ensure a highly messy and inconvenient move if we chose to vacate. Lesson learned, we will not use public storage again!!

I have been at the location for 10 years and am very unhappy
I have reached out to the location and district manager with concerns and they are NOT addressed or take a year to be fixed ALL the while the rent keeps going up and up and up
The same UNIT is $288 a month that I am being charged $427...
The location is supposed to be staffed until 6pm
Last night there was suspicious activity going on at 540pm with no one in the store I called the next person I have a number for (District Mgr Sal) left a message of this info and still have not recvd a return call - the location is usually messy and not very well cleaned. I am overall concerned about my belongings and safety at this location. For being a decade old renter that has never once been late I feel I am not being treated fairly and respected by anyone at this location. Looking into other rental options now.
