Deanne helped me get my storage unit, and she was most helpful. I needed a cart and she located one and brought it over to my storage unit and had it waiting for me when I arrived with my things.Deanne was amazing and I would recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family. These public storage areas are around in different areas of treasure valley and in other areas. They are very modern with there technology using online setting up of your rental. The place seems fairly well organized and fairly clean. The gate work pretty good and has good hours to access your unit. The only bad issue ( I have not had this issue ) is a fairly bad mice problem. I know there is tallish grass there so that contributes but they need a good pest company and some exclusion done here so tenants belongs will not get damages.

Horrible mouse problem due to the shoddy construction and lack of blocking the units from the outside along their corrugated metal, coupled with a quarterly increase in prices to the point of being ridiculous. When we first used them 3 years ago they were the best prices but we believe after constant price increase notices and now procuring storage units elsewhere they are out of touch with our area, leaving us to wonder if the owners are from California or just taking advantage of the influx of people moving into the area.
If you value your belongings and bank account, don't rent here.
I rarely ever write bad reviews and love supporting a local business but I encourage renters to beware of this place. We booked a reservation online and then paid through a kiosk for an entire month plus an administrative fee. Someone in some corporate office sent the lease agreement which I signed. They suspended our gate code due to not having a lease agreement at the local office. We tried to call their number and the direct line they gave us 12 times and no one would return our call to fix the issues. My husband went to the storage facility and drove 30 minutes during business hours only to find that no one is actually in the office to help in person either. Super frustrating experience that we now have to take up with our bank. Sales people will contact you willingly but once you need customer service, there is no one to be found, sadly.
