The office staff are great! They were both friendly and helpful. It is rare these days to have someone who is busy with another customer actually acknowledge your presence and let you know they will be with you soon. This small gesture makes the wait feel shorter. Nice work ladies!

I needed to store my things for a year while I decided where I wanted to move to... Access storage is clean, brightly lit and have elevators to get things to your unit with the carts they provide. They also helped me find a transport company who are taking my things from Ontario to British Columbia! The staff are helpful and friendly and I can't recommend them enough! 10 stars for this company!

We had to sign a new contract since we were with the previous company, so I called in to get some assistance with getting that accomplished. A delightful person answered the phone and jumped right in to help! Tracy was amazingly patient as I navigated through the process. She knew enough about the website to know what I was seeing, and that's something I don't run across often. I really appreciated her cheerful spirit, and I look forward to meeting her in person sometime soon!

Tracey was such a great help!
Unwilling to work with us despite illness and disability. They are not disability accommodating as my blind friend is losing all his stuff and they refuse to work with him despite the fact they had him sign a contract he could not see. They have the wrong rate on my contract. They are breaking the law in regards to their timeline if being able to auction off the unit and charging fees not listed in their contract. Remotely owned out of, of course, California with a manager who has no ability to do anything. I would avoid this company because their remote corporate head quarters doesn't follow Idaho's law.
