The staff at the location, especially Shayla are amazing. The company is horrible to work with and, as a long time customer, I will NEVER be back. They make promises, but the website, and their horrible customer service agents lie. Good riddence

The positive: Facility is good. The prices are competitive and a lot cheaper than other storage areas in the Valley. Storage units and campus are clean and simple. The negatives: Hidden fees and fine print - I appreciate more than anything transparent pricing. Public Storage had a few hidden cost that took a lot of questioning with a person on the phone to figure out what they were. Additionally, I was deceived on one charge. The person I rented a unit from gave me a lock and charged me for it. He said I can return it when I move out to get that money back. He knew that I would have the unit for 45 days. When I went to return the lock, they told me it was over their 30 day return limit and I couldn't get the money back. The guy that signed me up for a unit never told me this despite knowing how long I will have the unit. I hate things like this. You need an app to open the gate from the inside but a code to open it on the outside. I rather just have a code on both sides instead of two separate way of opening the gate.

The worst! They bought it my already in use stores company tagged my locks with their stickers. Jacked the price up a hundred dollars more a month. I wooded out on the fourth. They took full payment on the send and won't prorated or refund.

Crazy high increase in price recently

Loyal customer of 5 years, rent increased 400%. Other units near me were paying half or less!

Prices are reasonable priced. But someone puts a lot of food in the garbage blue bin and wow nates Flys and what ever was in the garbage blue bin really made me gage.

Rudest woman ever trying to help my young kids get it paid refuse to take from 2 people to pay bill unreal 160$ in late fees for 2 months...junk fees at its finest w as supposed to get a call back from manager. Nothing. Who refuses money unbelievable
