Easy as 123, premises are clean and unit was clean.

It says one dollar. Has alot of hidden fees and insurance. It really comes out to the monthly payment starting w the first month. It is 65 or what you choose a month from month one.The start. Not bad storage, like the facility and staff. Have used much better storage sheds at better prices for the first month in the area. I suggest shop around and don't get fooled bye this 1$ move in.

I called to ask about the recent increase in rent. Since I am out of the country for an indeterminate amount of time, I was unsure about what I could do from so far away. The customer service experience was awesome - Tommy was very patient and understanding of my situation. He negotiated a discount for me for a few months, explained my policy to me, and gave me some recommendations on my account. Nice chat too!

Bought a storage unit on auction that was listed as "manager special" This was a complete scam as the manager actually filled the unit with all of their trash rather than dealing with it themselves. They placed everything in there to look nice, when in fact it was all JUNK This was a very rude thing to do and not a good business practice. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great experience! Would use this company again in a heartbeat! Easy to rent and due to something happening, was very easy to cancel without any problems. Very clean units and streamlined operation. I recommend whole heartedly!

I had an excellent experience with Public Storage! From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, guiding me through every step. Being able to rent a unit online and just show up and move in the same day!?? Awesome!!! The facility was clean and well-maintained, and accessing my unit was a breeze. I especially appreciated how easy it is to use the gate code via the app—super convenient. For anyone looking for a reliable storage solution, I highly recommend Public Storage!

I have been in this unit for 3 years and in that time I have complained about mouse poop all over everything in my storage several times with no response to my concern. Due to the recent increase that brought my 5' by 10' unit to 182.00 a month. so don't believe the web site that price is to get you to move in then you can be stuck paying their ridiculous increases. If you complain about the increase they will check with someone and get you price reduction for 6 months, but only if you complain. I am sorry these people are not the kind of people I want to do business with ever again.

This storage unit is so convenient and easily accessible! I love how they provide a lock and keys when you open the unit the first time and Sandra called me to make sure everything went well when we moved in. I highly recommend this as a place to store your stuff!

This storage facility has the cameras and a Kiosk, which is good because they rarely have anyone there in person. That's not the worst part though! I rented a 10 by 20 unit in March of 2021 for $175 to hold all of my household goods after selling my home and we packed it! The following December (9mos) my rent went up to $221. In December of 2022 my rent went to $281. The following November it raised yet again to $318!! Another unit I have at another facility has only gone up maybe $25 for a climate controlled unit in the previous time frame mentioned above. I finally had to spend to money to move all of my stuff (at the expense of $500!) to a facility off of Eagle Rd (SP where my other unit is) for a rental price of $146! If you're ok with your rent going up and up and up ($143 in 2yrs 8mos), and not being able to speak to someone during normal hours, this place is for you! But if you like spending your money on other things, look around!

The facilities are very clean and often find staff members walking throughout, ensuring that everything is OK and that garbage is being picked up.. The app made accessibility within their operational hours, easy. Public Storage Federal Way is a very clean friendly professional storage.

Sandra at Federal Way facility was very helpful in meeting my needs and changes. She even called when a bigger unit was available. Some things, like cost are beyond control of manager. So people need to pay attention and answer surveys when they come in email.

This is the first and last time I ever come here again. They made me feel like a criminal they let my information out. Also, they threaten me with FBI I do deliveries for customers long distance I put a customers belongings in this storage facility because the customer could not pay their 3000 and something dollar balance, so I had to put it into storage so once they have money somehow the customer got my information and contacted the storage facility and the storage facility try to take their side knowingly. They have nothing to do with this type of things. Also customer paid in full, but I would never in my life ever come here again that made me feel like a criminal. Nothing illegal that I did, this is trash and racist so if you have color or Spanish, be aware you might run into some Karen activities here I wish I can give you no stars you don’t even deserve one straight trash. Stop giving peoples information out. Karen’s. Both employees there were very rude. Get better employees so you wouldn’t have bad experiences.

Raised my rate from 84 to 120 for a 5x10 unit after 6 months without explanation.

Nice very clean facility with indoor, temperature controlled units, but the price is very high. Access is limited to 6 am - 9 pm, not 24 hour access. I'd give it five stars if it wasn't for the very high price.

Like most storage units, public storage is unethical and robs you blind with no notice by raising your rate every 6 months.

Terrible customer service along with shady business practices. I received one email a few days prior to them saying my storage was to be sold at auction. I had to further investigate for myself and found out the auction closed on the 10th not the 8th so I had presumed it was already sold by the time I came across the email. The only form of communication they attempted. No calls and no attempt at emailing prior. It's no wonder they have class action lawsuit and several other lawsuits being pursued along with poorly kept storage units along with an app that doesn't even notify you if a payment is missed. You have to log into the app and even then it freezes. But hey you all get paid quite a bit for both terrible services and facilities. Definitely look forward to the Universe making things right. Enjoy your greedy selfish ways. I'll go to my grave not paying you another penny because you don't follow your own agreements and small print.

I really like this public storage location. The pros: very friendly people, It's close to my home, sizes of the storage units seem to be very large. They do have small ones though, it's clean, open hours are good, and I feel it's safe on the property. Cons: I personally feel the prices per unit are fairly high. They could come down a bit especially if you have multiple units, but that's not the storage facility's fault that's everybody moving in here. If you are lucky to get a unit here on Eagle Road in Meridian ID, you don't dare give it up. The biggest negative for me is the fact that there is a kiosk at most of the facilities, No one you can talk to face to face if you have an issue. They say that the people on the other side of the TV at the kiosk can 'usually' help you, but I personally have not used the kiosk. I won't use a kiosk. I'll drive to one of the facilities that actually has a person maning the front desk. I'm pretty sick of all the electronics to tell the truth. I would highly rate the Public Storage on Eagle Road.

Horrible customer service and I will be renting somewhere else. They are rude and lack basic social skills they do not answer rhe phone and will talk to you like you are beneath them because they rent to us not the other way around I belive is what I was told today from them

The property manager is rude. I wouldn't rent here if it was the last place to rent. Customer service is definitely not this person strong trait. Her name was Sandra or Sandy. Something like that. Best advice don't go here!!

What's the point of having my things in a storage unit if I can't access them? The gate (which requires a customer pincode to get into anyways) closes at 9pm so you can't access your unit after that. I was helping a friend move things from her unit to an apartment, making multiple trips, and we had ONE trip left for a large item, but we made it back to the gate at 9:02 and it was closed. We had to return the uhaul by the next day, so we were basically screwed because we couldn't assess the gate past 9pm. Silly.

I reserved my Unit online, shortly after I received a call, I then went to the Office and was in and out in ten minutes, the Ladies were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this Storage, it also seems very secure, I have no concerns for the safety of my Belongings.
