Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1170 Railroad Ave, Council Bluffs, IA

I can’t say enough about easy this process has been. I have had bad luck in the past with storage areas. Cluttered, dirty, disorganized, and mostly disinterested but not here and not Christina. Christina called me up immediately when I received my storage locker. She walked me through the process and assisted with my follow up questions. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional! Thank you Christina!

I have used this storage unit facility two times for a total of over 2 years. Always have had no issues. Any minor things were quick to resolve. Was assisted with Christina last night to close out my storage unit. My stuff was always safe and dry. Easy access. Clean nice facility

From the start they have been very professional with us. Just went in recently and had an issue with our account that was handled right then and there by Christina, the property manager. Polite, respectful and very eager to help immediately. And to top it off, the place is well taken care of clean.

I spoke with Christina here and she was absolutely amazing! Got my storage unit all set and ready to go. She made sure all my questions were answered and she was very easy to work with! I highly recommend this company

My experience, so far, has not been good. Has anyone with Public Storage ever tried to contact their offices by phone? Its Impossible to get any one by phone and the rental payment process is quite a mess also. I get messages my payment is late but them I am told that my payment is up to date?

the staff was great. everything is neat and tidy. a great place for us to use while we transition into our new home.

I was in need of a storage unit asap and Christina was amazing and helped us out. Thank you Christina for all you help. The location was a little out of the way but with such a wonderful storage manager made it all worth it so i give her 5 stars and it was one of the cleanest storage places i have seen keep up the great work

If I could leave a zero star, I would my stuff was taken and given away the first part of December. It was all I had. The manager Kelly helped me figure out where it went. I.Filed a police report Then I find out that Jessica and sandy Gave my stuff away a few days later I called back to the other location to ask for Kelly, who is helping me from the start to find my stuff they fired her. I don’t understand why she was doing the right thing. Jessica and Sandy tried to make it look like it was stolen so the insurance would cover it. Do not rent from this place not up to business standards. How are you going to give everything I had to my name, because I left an abusive relationship to somebody and then try to cover it up as stolen And then Fire the girl who helped me uncover your secret i don’t know if corporate see this Or not, but you guys made a big mistake getting rid of the only one who helped me.

The management is awful It’s never maintained. The gate was broke for weeks. I have to find a new place now because I thought with this place being so new it would be under better management taken care of better but it is horrible. I can’t even get into my own storage unit due to the people next to me. I hope I don’t get bedbugs. They never return calls and the rates are crazy

10/10 amazing storage units and amazing management definitely recommend coming here if you need a storage unit!!

Horrible place!! You can never get ahold of them. My roommate and I moved out of this storage unit way before December and let them know.. They originally said the storage would be $75 but that wasn’t the case. They are still trying to charge me when I haven’t had any items there and now they have collections calling me. I am going to report to the BBB

Sandy is doing a good job keeping the trash picked up and area clean, I think corp should do a better job with keeping the grass cut..

Very affordable. Convenient location. About a mile from the Interstate 80 Exit 8. And it's right off of kanesville Boulevard. Secure facility, clean, well-maintained, completely fenced in and on the good side of town.

I would give them no stars if I could I reserved a spot to get a storage unit when I went to go look at the storage unit it was way too small the aisles were too small for any kind of truck and so I wanted to cancel nobody was in the office and on the app it only lets you cancel it for the next day well when I talked to the lady to cancel it she said I would not be charged because I didn't move in well they charged me anyway and when I called them to tell them my situation and to get a refund they refuse to refund my money they are nothing but crooks do not rent from this place they will rip you off

Could barely enter the unit, plowed snow obstructing most storage units. Who knew I would have needed a shovel.

dont waste your time. which is exactly what you would be doing, sat in parking lot waiting for someone to show up. waited for 1hr 30min. while getting ready to leave & go elsewhere someone comes from the back, he looks like he just woke up!

Cannot get anyone to call or email me back. I've called their office over 10 times in 2 days. Left 4 voice-mails. Called corporate. And emailed them 3 times. Nothing. Horrible.

Having no manager onsite can really make things difficult especially when there's absolutely no way to get in touch with the manager directly you have to call someone else and order to set up said appointment in order to see the manager or even talk to him

Property manager was super helpful and nice and the property was nice, overall super good place to store with.

Mike was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit and explained everything to me very well. The storage unit I got was impeccable.

When i rented storage there i was quoted $76 n then bill came for over $100 n i cant afford it

Mike is awesome, communicates everything well and goes the extra mile to make sure you get every discount and are taken care of!

Terrible lost two months of fee's. And lots of bully style harassment. And after they thanked for business. Then got shady. Unprofessional. Scam you in to fines that you don't deserve. Try to ransom your stuff to you. I think it's bad management. Stuffing someone pockets . Stay away

Their process was quick and easy. The rates are the best around... I called most other places The units and facilities are all very clean. Mike is amazing to work with. You won't be disappointed

Had a great experience dealing with Kris at the Public Storage and Council Bluffs on the railroad expressway he was very helpful dealing with our storage needs.
