Very good Storage Facility location and pricing are affordable and economical Ben was very helpful with assisting me in figuring out the correct size unit that I needed for storage. Would definitely recommend that you use this location which is very clean, accessible to I-85 and have trash containers on property to throw away broken and unwanted items.

Long overdue 5 star review!!! I relocated from PA to GA in 2024 and if you know you know, an out of state move can be more than overwhelming. Thank God I found THIS location in Suwanee, and the manager there named BEN. I rented 3 units on the same day online and then via phone call follow up, for which he assisted with all of the specials being applied, handling insurance, locks, access codes etc, all while I was on the road headed down south with a 26 ft truck. Upon arriving, I can’t express enough to whoever reads this how CLEAN, organized and safe this particular location was having rented at multiple facilities in the past decade. Six months in, there have never been any issues with gate access, communication from management, upkeep of the facility; it’s just been an absolute breeze the entire way. I would highly recommend this location above all of the options out there and having rented, 3 units, trust me, if I could give 15 stars total, I would. Great spot and Ben is the best! Public Storage as a Company is fortunate to have him representing them. He goes above and beyond every time. Very much appreciated!

Mr.Ben was amazing. From the time of entrance to the end. We were shopping around and he sold me and my husband. He followed up as well with beyond again. I had to set up a unit because that’s excellent customer service. I advise anyone to come bye for yourself. Great company store. HE ROCK!!

So far I have not had any issues. Double security is a wise idea because gates do have problems technically triple security because each unit has a pad lock so having the main doors with codes is a plus. You get what you pay for.

Joann is awesome! We needed a larger space, and she helped us close out one unit and move into another with ease! She's pleasant to work with and makes the process super simple. Highly recommend this facility and working with Joann!

Joann assisted me yesterday with the administrative/rental process. She was so professional, helpful, and nice. She also allowed me to view the storage unit before I signed any paperwork.

They had some issues with the gate entrance for a while, but now it's great. Easy in, easy out!!! I really really love the gal that works the office. She rocks.

Being locked inside the storage units for hours after midnight with your 5-year-old daughter due to the malfunction of the gate is not only unacceptable but also completely negligent on their part. It is even more concerning that the police were unable to figure out the issue, and no one from Public Storage was able to offer any assistance to help resolve the situation. It is utterly shameful that a company that claims to prioritize the safety and security of their customers could leave you and your child stranded and helpless. The fact that you are still stuck at the gate is completely unacceptable, and Public Storage should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of concern and their inability to provide any meaningful assistance. It is clear that Public Storage does not take their customers' safety seriously, and their negligence has put you and your daughter in harm's way. The company's failure to provide adequate customer service in such a dire situation is beyond disappointing, and they should be held accountable for their actions. Overall, I would not recommend Public Storage to anyone. They have shown that they are unable to provide the necessary care and support to their customers, and their disregard for your safety and well-being is simply unacceptable. If you value your safety and security, I would suggest looking elsewhere for storage options.

I had the awesome pleasure of being assisted by Joann at the 700 Northbrook Pkwy location! I am a storage unit auction bidder. It can be pretty tough and time consuming clearing out storage units. Joann assisted me at every step in the process, short of lifting and moving items to my trailer. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, AND greeted with a smile. If I ever need to store my belongings in a storage unit, this is where I will go! Thanks Joann!

Very good place to put your stuff for storage excellent service

I do not recommend this company for storage. Shortly after moving in the lights in the storage facility were not working for several weeks ... limiting access to my items in the storage units and provided an unsafe environment. After that the access gates were broken for months, I paid to have my items stored here with a level security that did not exist as anyone could gain access through the broken gates. One morning 6 GA State patrol officers entered as a stolen car was parked on the property. Currently a pipe burst in the facility leaving my storage unit wet with most of the contents damaged. I'm paying for "climate controlled" units, I have to ask if "climate controlled" then why are "frozen pipes" bursting??? Overall had been a terrible experience for me and zero peace of mind that my items are in anyway protected or secure. Thousands of dollars in damaged items from a broken pipe in a climate controlled storage unit. Public Storage assumes zero accountability. Again paying for "climate controlled" units!!! Seems like a lot of negligence. After 4 months they increased the rates on my units, one unit went up by $40/month.

Great customer service!!!!

Please be aware! The security cameras don’t work!! If your unit is broken into they won’t protect your unit or call the police. Gates alway broke. Forgot calling the police because they won’t help with robbery. Company don’t help either. If you have values over the insurance limit you won’t get any over. Stay away from this place!!

Mrs. Tabitha is a very wonderful employee. Everytime I have spoken with her either on the phone or in person has been pleasent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if looking for a clean and nice storage unit that has wonderful customer service please go see her!!

Property manager Ms.Dena was very helpful! It was super fast and quick process. She also picked a convenient storage for us. It is easy to access at any time. Entrance has two stages of security, and I feel very secured. I definitely recommend this place.

Moved in a couple days ago. Property is clean, it’s brand new. At the time we moved in, it only had one dolly to use for the whole facility, but we were told they were getting more soon. Dena showed us the unit before we moved our belongings in and we decided to upgrade to the next size up, it was definitely worth it. She also dealt with us moving our check in date for about a week as we ran into some complications, but she made it as easy for us as possible! Thank you for your help and we hope to enjoy the rest of the year with this location!
