Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1083 Old Peachtree Rd NW, Suwanee, GA

We came here just looking to see sizes of storage units as we may need to rent one soon, and we were greeted by Rosanna. Not only was she friendly but super knowledgeable of unit sizes and just by asking what we would be looking to store, she picked the exact one we would need. The facility is clean and up to date. We were going to look at other places, but because of her we will be coming here when that time comes. Thank you Rosanna.

Lastima que no puedo darle un cero a esta agencia pero había visto en reseñas anteriores que un cliente se quejó porque fue a retirar su mercancía y no pudo ya que el lugar se encontraba sin servicio eléctrico y ahora estoy viviendo ese calvario tengo 2 días queriendo retirar mis enseres del hogar y no he podido porque el lugar está sin servicio eléctrico que triste y lamentable ya que se deben a los clientes la encargada se asoma y dice que hay un problema pero extraño es que en la mañana si hay electricidad y cuando no lo hay no se puede hacer nada ya que se bloquea todo el edificio ya que ascensores y puertas de las escaleras se bloquean ya funcionan con electricidad en mi opinión retiraré mis enseres cada vez que pueda y no volveré a utilizar este servicio de verdad que debemos alzar nuestra voz como clientes mal atendidos y que atención al cliente se preocupe por rescatar clientes de verdad no recomiendo esta sucursal y tal vez el servicio completo

Update: I really wanted to change the review I left previously but unfortunately this facility has been out of power again for 2 consecutive days and God knows how many more. The doors through the stairs are locked so you can’t access with a flash light. Property manager says she doesn’t have keys and is least bothered. Avoid this facility at all cost. I have been renting here less than 2 months and today’s the 4th time this place has been out of power. No rep available in office. The place is inaccessible when there isn’t power. I rent this unit for my business so on occasions like these, I can’t access my inventory and it hurts my business. They also don’t send out a text or email to let you know that they are out of power. You drive all the way here to find out. The facility is clean otherwise but what good is it if it’s not accessible.

Edited: I had an issue when moving out, so I gave a 1 star review initially. The customer service rep I talked with was very unpleasant and not helpful. However, I did get a call from a person who presumed to be a manager/supervisor. He took his time to listen to my concerns, helped me with the issue I had, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. My matter was handled professionally.

Rosanna was very professional and helpful. Whenever I had questions she fully explained everything. Clean and well kept facility.

It is now May 2024 so it is renewal time and I just go the notification. They increased the monthly rate by 22%. This is truly a nice facilitate and staff at the location. BUT, the frequency and amount of the rent adjustment are very, very, aggressive!. This is clean and well-maintained facility. The only grip I have is that rates at this location increase aggressively every few months. Since renting a unit last July, I have had a 40% and then a 15% rate increase. It would be nice if there were a scheduled lease agreement for increase vs monthly rates adjustments happening ad hoc throughout the year. I would encourage you to discuss this when signing up.

I previously gave this place a 5-star rating, but now I am rating it 0. I initially rented the storage unit for $48 per month and was assured by the sales representative that the price would remain stable or only SLIGHTLY increase every 6 months or so However, after just 2 months, the rent increased to $60 per month, and by November 2023, it went up to $83 per month. Now, in April 2024, the rent has been raised to $115 per month, which is completely absurd. To add on, the bathroom doors are ALWAYS locked, NEVER open for use ! Very disappointed as this storage was in a very convenient location for me, but with the excessive price hikes that have occurred within just 1 year, I will be removing my belongings from this storage ASAP.

Rosanna and Tre were awesome they helped me finish my reservation and were so friendly. The only thing I don't really like is how tight the loading area is and the fact that the payments aren't due on the same day as your move in date every month rather than every 1st of the month.

Rosanna is at my location. She's so nice and helpful! Every location should have a manager just like her!

Was just on a phone call with my Dad with Tabitha at this PS location. The Rep Tabitha is very UNPROFESSIONAL and Nasty verbally with your customers. We spend over $150 per month for a long time. How can you have Tabitha there badgering paying customers? Worst Rep ever!!!!!

The property Manager McKayla is very nice and helpful, she is informed on all of the procedures of the facility. I've used Public Storage a couple times before and this is one of the cleanest facilities that I've been too.

McK'La is a GEM!!? I've been having the moving week from HELL and she was the ray of sunshine I needed on this rainy day, for sure!! She was incredibly helpful by informing about the unit sizes, prices and what would work best with what I'm moving. I am beyond grateful for her help!! I took one star away because I'd rather use JUST my own lock instead of theirs lol but I'll get it over it. The customer service was top tier so it's worth it.

Great location I had no problem with getting set up all my personal belongings was safe and secured without the fear of being damaged or stolen.
