My experience has been great!! Started when I went to check the place out, the manager Nick was so helpful, that I decided to go with them, the Public Storage on Peachtree Parkway in Suwanne and the price is so reasonable. When my rent when into effect everything was so easy to follow for my movers and me to get to my locker, unload and lock with the lock and keys.
I want to appreciate the manager, Nick, for the wonderful customer service! I had a bunch of errands to run. Nick offered the first smile and customer service attention that everyone deserves when visiting an establishment. I am happy to see the improvements on the facility property. It is cleaner and has been paid attention to. Thank you, Nick and Public Storage.

This location is very great and we had no problems with the facility or process of winning an auction. The unit itself was not very clean at all as the client was indefinitely living in the unit at some point in time and maybe in the future they could adopt a system of making sure that doesn’t happen again. (I understand the unit cleanliness has nothing to do with the facility/staff and all to do with the client. I am specifically talking about better managing and keeping track that all people that come in, go out). The staff was extremely kind about trash after seeing all that was from the unit and gave us permission to use their dumpsters. They as well gave us a gate code which was very helpful. We would definitely bid on further auctions from this facility.

Very smooth transition. Needed a space very fast. I got started with the help of Joe. Once I got to the location I found that it was too small. This is and was for me a great location to keep my big and litte treasures. Temperature controlled units that were always working. I forgot to lock my unit once 🤦♀️ they called me up same day to tell me. All my items as I left them. I would recommend this location for safe keeping of your goodies.
